MOVA has expanded its robotic lawn mower lineup with the commercial launch of two new models aimed at different types of homeowners. The new LiDAX Ultra 2000 AWD and LiDAX Pro 800 bring wire-free robotic mowing to larger and smaller residential properties, with navigation powered by 360-degree 3D LiDAR, AI vision, and automated mapping.
The company positions the two models as complementary options rather than one-size-fits-all solutions. The LiDAX Ultra 2000 AWD focuses on larger, more demanding yards with hills, uneven terrain, and muddy patches. The LiDAX Pro 800 targets smaller and mid-sized lawns where simple installation and dependable day-to-day mowing take priority. Either way, the goal is the same: spending less time behind a lawn mower and more time enjoying the freshly cut grass.
LiDAX Ultra 2000 AWD Tackles Challenging Terrain

The LiDAX Ultra 2000 AWD is designed for lawns up to 2,000 square meters, or roughly half an acre. Its all-wheel-drive UltraDrive system uses four hub motors to improve traction and stability on slippery grass, slopes, uneven ground, and other areas where robotic mowers can sometimes lose their footing. According to MOVA, the mower can handle slopes up to 80 percent (38.6 degrees) and cross obstacles measuring up to 6 centimeters high.
Cutting hardware includes a 40cm dual-disc mowing system, electric cutting height adjustment from 3 to 10 centimeters, and UltraTrim 2.0 technology that trims within 3 centimeters of lawn borders. On lawns where the edge sits level with the surrounding surface, the mower can even ride over the border to reduce the amount of manual trimming needed afterward.
Navigation is handled by MOVA’s UltraView 3.0 platform, which combines 360-degree 3D LiDAR with dual AI cameras. The system creates a detailed map without requiring buried boundary wires or RTK positioning equipment. It can recognize more than 300 common lawn obstacles, including pets, people, toys, hoses, tools, and outdoor furniture. Additional features include multi-zone support, app controls, weather sensing, anti-theft protection, and real-time tracking.
LiDAX Pro 800 Brings Smart Mowing to Smaller Yards

The LiDAX Pro 800 takes many of the same core ideas and packages them for lawns up to 800 square meters, or about 0.2 acres. It uses a hybrid LiDAR and vision system to navigate narrow passages, changing yard layouts, and multi-zone properties without the need for buried boundary wires.
MOVA says the compact mower is built for homeowners looking for an easier entry into automated lawn care. Features include intelligent obstacle detection, adjustable cutting height, app-based controls, customizable mowing patterns, anti-theft features, and simplified maintenance.

Both robotic mowers are available through multiple retail channels in the United States.
