PowerA is bringing the Wizarding World to game night with a new collection of officially licensed Harry Potter accessories for Nintendo Switch 2 and Xbox.
The lineup marks the start of a multi-year licensing partnership between PowerA and Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products, with controllers and protective cases inspired by Hogwarts houses, familiar characters, and Quidditch. The first products are available now through PowerA and participating retailers.
Nintendo Switch 2 Gear Lets Players Pick Their House
Nintendo Switch 2 owners get two Harry Potter options to start: the PowerA Advantage Wireless Controller, priced at $69.99, and a collection of Protection Cases priced at $24.99.

Both products come in designs based on the four Hogwarts houses, giving Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw, and Hufflepuff fans a way to represent their allegiance without committing to robes in the living room.
The house-focused approach makes sense for accessories such as controllers and carrying cases, where buyers often care nearly as much about the artwork as the hardware itself. PowerA already produces a wide range of licensed gaming gear, and the Harry Potter collection gives Nintendo Switch 2 owners another way to personalize their setup.
Xbox Gets Chibi Characters and a Quidditch Controller
PowerA is taking a slightly different approach with its Xbox products.
The $34.99 Xbox Wired Controller features Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley, and other characters rendered in a colorful Chibi-inspired art style. It is the more playful of the two Xbox designs and should appeal to fans who prefer recognizable characters over subtler franchise references.

The $99.99 Xbox Advantage Wireless Controller pulls its inspiration from Quidditch. PowerA has dressed the controller with gold-accented details intended to capture the look and competitive feel of the fictional sport.
Taken together, the Xbox designs offer two very different flavors of Potter fandom: one cheerful and character-driven, the other looking like it might have been issued with a broomstick and a stern warning about Bludgers.
More Harry Potter Accessories Are Planned
The initial lineup is only the beginning of the partnership. PowerA describes the Warner Bros. Discovery agreement as a multi-year collaboration, leaving plenty of room for more controllers, cases, and other gaming accessories in the future.
Kiley Jacobson, PowerA’s director of licensing and strategic partnerships, said the company wants the products to feel authentic to the Wizarding World while delivering the performance customers expect from PowerA. The company has confirmed that more products are planned under the partnership, though it has not detailed what comes next.
The Harry Potter collection is available now at PowerA.com and participating retailers. Current pricing starts at $24.99 for the Nintendo Switch 2 Protection Cases and tops out at $99.99 for the Xbox Advantage Wireless Controller.
