TCL is widening its gaming ambitions in the U.S., announcing its first line of gaming monitors alongside a strengthened partnership with Activision’s Call of Duty. The move comes as the Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 beta goes live, and TCL takes on a new role as the official TV, sound bar, and gaming monitor partner for the franchise.
Known for its TV dominance and affordable QD-Mini LED technology, TCL is now packaging that expertise into monitors built for players chasing high frame rates, vivid color, and smooth motion. The company previewed the new lineup at Call of Duty: NEXT in Las Vegas, where creators and fans got an early look at both Black Ops 7 gameplay and TCL’s upcoming hardware.
Gaming Monitors Built for Competitive Play
The new TCL G64, R84, and R94 Series monitors all share the company’s QD-Mini LED display technology, pitched as a brighter, more cost-friendly alternative to OLED. That means higher contrast, better black levels, and greater clarity in shadowy scenes, which can mean the difference between spotting an enemy or respawning.
G64 Series

The G64 Series is aimed at broad appeal, offering QHD resolution, HDR600 peak brightness, and LD180 local dimming for improved accuracy in dark and bright settings. A 180Hz refresh rate, 1ms response time, and AMD FreeSync help keep motion fluid in high-speed matches. TCL also includes gamer-friendly extras such as a crosshair overlay and TÜV Low Blue Light certification for eye comfort. The 32-inch G64 model is available now at $649, with a 27-inch version on the way.
R84 Series

For players who want to push higher, the R84 Series offers 4K UHD resolution (32-inch, 165Hz) or a curved WQHD screen (34-inch, 180Hz). These monitors bump brightness up to HDR1400 with LD1100 dimming zones, add USB-C with power delivery, and integrate 6-watt speakers. A two-tone design with multi-color LED ambient lights gives them an edge in looks as well as performance.
R94 Series

Sitting at the top of the new lineup, the R94 Series adds LD2300 dimming, built-in KVM functionality for juggling multiple sources, and even a headphone hanger, because no one likes tangled gear during a raid.
Strengthening the Call of Duty Connection
TCL isn’t just launching products in a vacuum. Its expanded partnership with Call of Duty makes the monitors part of a larger gamer outreach strategy. At the NEXT showcase, streamers and attendees tried Black Ops 7 on TCL gear, and fans watching from home had chances to win the new displays during TCL’s “Power Hour.”
Scott Ramirez, TCL’s VP of Product Marketing and Development, framed the monitors as a natural extension of the company’s long focus on gamer-ready TVs. “By offering high speed, high brightness, amazing contrast, and fine shadow detail, these new gaming monitors provide a true TCL Gamer’s Advantage,” he said.
Pricing and Availability
The TCL 32-inch G64 model is available now for $649. The 27-inch G64, 32-inch and 34-inch R84, and 27-inch R94 monitors will follow soon, expanding options for players who want more immersive setups.
