STIHL is offering discounts on select battery-powered outdoor tools through October 31, giving homeowners an opportunity to tackle fall yard maintenance before winter arrives. The promotion includes savings of $30 on the BGA 60 leaf blower set and $50 on the MSA 80 chainsaw set, two tools designed to handle some of the season’s most common outdoor chores.
From clearing driveways covered in leaves to cutting up fallen branches, the discounted tools address different parts of the fall cleanup routine. Both operate on battery power, offering an alternative to gas-powered equipment for homeowners who prefer cordless tools.
STIHL BGA 60 Makes Leaf Cleanup Easier
The STIHL BGA 60 Set is aimed at homeowners who regularly deal with fallen leaves, grass clippings, and other lightweight yard debris.
Designed for clearing driveways, patios, lawns, and other outdoor spaces, the battery-powered blower features variable-speed control that lets users adjust airflow to suit the job. A dedicated boost mode provides additional blowing power when dealing with heavier debris or stubborn piles of leaves.
That flexibility makes the BGA 60 useful for everything from quick touch-ups after mowing to larger cleanup sessions when the trees decide to empty their branches all at once.
The current promotion takes $30 off the BGA 60 Set through October 31. STIHL has not provided a specific promotional price in the announcement, so shoppers should check the company’s website or participating retailers for current pricing.
STIHL MSA 80 Tackles Branches and Firewood
For homeowners dealing with fallen limbs and seasonal cutting tasks, the STIHL MSA 80 Set offers a battery-powered chainsaw designed for property maintenance.
The MSA 80 is intended for jobs such as cutting up downed branches and preparing firewood before colder temperatures settle in. It’s particularly relevant for homeowners with mature trees or properties where routine trimming and storm cleanup are part of the maintenance schedule.
Battery operation eliminates the need to mix fuel or manage a gas-powered engine, though users still need to follow proper chainsaw safety procedures and maintain the cutting equipment.
STIHL is offering $50 off the MSA 80 Set through October 31, making it the larger of the two discounts in the current promotion.
More STIHL Battery Tool Discounts Arrive November 1
The fall savings will extend into November with another round of promotions aimed at smaller outdoor projects and holiday shoppers.
Beginning November 1, select STIHL AS System tool sets will be discounted by $30. The promotion includes the STIHL GTA 30, a handheld battery-powered garden pruner (check out our coverage) suited to smaller cutting and trimming tasks.
The GTA 30 could appeal to homeowners who want a compact tool for routine yard care without reaching for a full-size chainsaw. Its smaller format may make it an attractive gift option for gardeners and homeowners who regularly maintain shrubs, trees, and landscaping.
Pricing and Availability
The STIHL BGA 60 and MSA 80 set discounts are available through October 31, 2026, with savings of $30 and $50, respectively. The separate AS System promotion begins November 1, offering $30 off select tool sets, including the GTA 30.
Exact sale prices and participating retailers were not detailed in the announcement.
