Reolink Brings AI-Powered Security to IFA 2025 with ReoNeura and TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi

Reolink used IFA 2025 in Berlin to showcase its latest push into AI-driven home and business security. The company introduced ReoNeura, a next-generation AI system, and launched the TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi, billed as the world’s first 4K 360-degree PTZ floodlight camera with built-in AI Video Search.

ReoNeura: Smarter Security Through AI

ReoNeura is designed to simplify security management by tackling common frustrations like endless video scrubbing, false alerts, and missed events. Already powering AI Video Search since its July debut, the system is now expanding with additional features.

A person walking outside a home at night, approaching a dark door with lights illuminating the entrance and curtains drawn in nearby windows.

Among its new tools are Smart Detection, which can identify people, vehicles, pets, parcels, and bicycles. It supports custom zones and schedules to cut down on unnecessary alerts, and a beta version of Smart Event Detection adds tracking for deliveries and object appearance or disappearance.

ReoNeura also introduces Video Captioning, automatically summarizing video clips in clear, natural language. That means instead of sitting through hours of footage, users can skim concise descriptions of what actually happened.

For businesses, ReoNeura includes features like Customer Flow Analysis, offering heat maps of foot traffic, visitor counts, and real-time crowding alerts, tools aimed at helping retailers and small enterprises make better operational decisions.

The system isn’t limited to one device type. ReoNeura is being rolled out across Reolink’s security cameras, network video recorders, and cloud services, giving users flexibility in how they integrate AI into their security setup.

TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi: 360-Degree Protection

Reolink’s new TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi combines a dual-lens, hardwired PTZ design with 4K Ultra HD resolution and smooth pan-tilt control. A triple PIR sensor array supports 270° out-of-field detection, while the camera itself provides 360° coverage, automatically rotating to follow activity before subjects even appear fully in frame.

At night, TrackFlex puts on a light show, delivering up to 3000 lumens of illumination. Its dual floodlights can be adjusted between warm 3000K and cool 6000K color temperatures, balancing aesthetics and security deterrence. Like ReoNeura, it includes AI Video Search to help users quickly find relevant events.

The TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi is now available for pre-order, with early subscribers able to claim a 10% discount code through the official landing page.

By pairing its AI platform with new hardware, Reolink is positioning itself as a key player in intelligent security. The company says its goal is to make surveillance both more accessible and more effective, whether for homeowners trying to protect a backyard or businesses monitoring customer flow.

More details on the new products can be found on Reolink’s official website.
