Luna Band: Voice-Led Health Guidance at CES 2026

Luna, the rapidly rising health-tech company redefining human performance, just unveiled the Luna Band. This groundbreaking wearable is designed to deliver real-time, voice-led health guidance powered by LifeOS, Luna’s adaptive AI engine.

The Luna Band represents a new category of personal health technology. Rather than simply displaying raw data, it focuses on providing timely, actionable guidance.

“In a market saturated with devices that simply report numbers and do analytics, Luna Band introduces a radically different philosophy: guidance over data,” said the company’s spokesperson.

Built around core pillars of biomarker intelligence, circadian rhythm, women’s health, personal context, and 24/7 AI coaching, the Luna Band brings the full power of LifeOS to the wrist. Notably, the device is positioned to democratize high-end health intelligence globally with no monthly subscription fees.

A Voice-Led, Hands-Free Health Experience

In a first for the wearable market, the Luna Band introduces fully hands-free, voice-led interactions powered by Siri integrations. Through dynamic logging, users can record meals, symptoms, and emotional context or request health guidance entirely via voice—without ever opening the Luna app. By allowing natural, conversational interaction through earbuds or connected devices, the Band advances Luna’s vision of an ecosystem-agnostic LifeOS that works across all platforms.

Advanced Biosensing for Superior Precision

The Luna Band features a research-grade optical sensor array paired with a high-fidelity 6-axis IMU. This advanced sensing platform captures physiological information often missed by conventional wearables, including:

  • Micro-recovery periods
  • Circadian fluctuations
  • Emotional stress signatures

This level of precision allows LifeOS to provide more informed and highly responsive health recommendations.

LifeOS: Real-Time Adaptive Coaching

At the heart of the device is LifeOS, a real-time engine that processes thousands of physiological signals per minute. LifeOS identifies shifts in recovery, stress, and hormonal patterns to deliver context-aware recommendations. The system is designed to offer support at the moments of highest relevance, ensuring the guidance is as timely as it is accurate.

A Unified Health Ecosystem

While the Luna Band and Luna Ring serve as primary data collectors, LifeOS seamlessly integrates data from external partners including Apple Health, Google Fit, Clue, and Kindbody. By consolidating sleep, menstrual cycles, activity, nutrition, and emotional inputs into a single framework, the Luna Band provides a comprehensive, longitudinal view of a user’s daily physiological state.

Redefining the Wearable

The Luna Band establishes a new class of technology centered on real-time guidance rather than retrospective reporting. By combining advanced sensing, adaptive intelligence, and broad ecosystem integration, Luna has created a continuous health companion designed to support informed decision-making throughout the day.
