Ultrahuman has officially launched its Ring PRO smart ring in the United States, bringing its latest wearable health-tracking device to online shoppers and physical retail stores.
The company plans to expand physical retail availability to Target and Walmart over the coming weeks, eventually reaching more than 1,000 stores across the two retailers.
The Ultrahuman Ring PRO includes the company’s PRO Charging Case and does not require a mandatory subscription to access its core health-tracking features. Ultrahuman says the device offers up to 15 days of battery life on a single charge, with the included case extending combined battery life to more than 45 days.
The launch gives U.S. consumers a new option in the smart ring market, particularly those looking for continuous health monitoring without recurring subscription fees.
Ultrahuman Ring PRO Introduces Longer Battery Life
Battery performance is one of the central selling points of the Ultrahuman Ring PRO. The company rates the ring for up to 15 days of battery life, allowing users to collect health data for extended periods without frequent recharging.
The included PRO Charging Case is designed to extend the combined battery life to more than 45 days. It also supports expanded storage capabilities, allowing the ring to retain health information without needing to synchronize constantly with a smartphone.

Ultrahuman lists on-device storage capacity of up to 250 days for health data, while its announcement separately describes storage of up to one year when discussing the charging case. These figures refer to different stated configurations or capabilities, and the company’s release does not fully explain the distinction.
The extended battery and storage features are intended to make the device more convenient for people who want continuous monitoring without having to charge or sync it every day.
Dual-Core Processor Powers On-Device Machine Learning
The Ring PRO features a dual-core processor that enables machine-learning operations directly on the ring. Ultrahuman says this approach supports more accurate health insights by processing information on the device rather than relying entirely on a connected smartphone.
The company has also redesigned the heart-rate sensing system specifically for Ring PRO. The updated sensors are housed within a titanium unibody, combining the tracking hardware with a durable exterior design.
On-device processing and storage may be particularly useful for users who spend time away from their phones or prefer fewer interruptions to continuous health monitoring.
UltraSnap Charging and Find My Case Features
Ultrahuman has introduced UltraSnap Charging Technology, a magnetic click-in system designed to make charging easier. According to the company, the technology operates at a lower temperature than conventional wireless charging, helping protect long-term battery health.
The ring can also charge using compatible Qi chargers, giving owners additional flexibility when powering the device.

Another addition is Find My Case, which combines a built-in speaker with proximity guidance in the companion app. The feature is intended to help users locate a misplaced charging case.
For situations involving a swollen or injured finger, the Ring PRO also includes ProRelease Technology. Ultrahuman says the ring can be safely cut apart in such circumstances, addressing a potential safety concern associated with rigid wearable rings.
Health Tracking Covers Sleep, Recovery, Stress, and Activity
The Ultrahuman Ring PRO monitors several biometric signals throughout the day and night, including heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), skin temperature, and movement.
Overnight, the device tracks sleep stages and sleep timing. Each morning, users receive a Sleep Index and a Recovery Score intended to help them understand their sleep patterns and how prepared they may feel for the day ahead.
The Dynamic Recovery feature updates the recovery assessment during the day as activities such as movement, naps, and breathwork change the available picture.

During waking hours, the ring monitors movement, activity, stress, and circadian rhythm. It can also track how much a user’s sleep and wake schedule differs from their natural pattern.
These measurements are designed to help wearers identify trends in their routines and make more informed decisions about rest, activity, and daily habits. The readings are wellness insights, however, and should not automatically be interpreted as medical diagnoses.
Jade Platform Turns Biometrics Into Personalized Guidance
Ultrahuman’s Jade real-time biointelligence platform connects the information collected by the ring and translates it into personalized guidance.
Rather than presenting only isolated measurements, the platform aims to help users understand relationships between sleep, recovery, movement, and other aspects of their daily routines.
The effectiveness of these recommendations depends on the quality of the collected data and how consistently the wearer uses the device. Still, the integration of biometric tracking and personalized guidance is central to Ultrahuman’s approach to wearable health technology.
PowerPlugs Expand the Ring’s Health Features
Ultrahuman offers optional PowerPlugs that add specialized tracking and guidance features to the Ring PRO ecosystem. These tools are intended for users who want more targeted insights beyond the ring’s core functions.

The available options described in the announcement include:
- Caffeine Window: Offers guidance on when to consume caffeine and when to stop to help balance alertness with sleep.
- Respiratory Health: Developed with Sleep Cycle, it detects snoring and coughing overnight and shows how episodes relate to heart rate and HRV. Ultrahuman says audio is processed on the user’s phone and does not leave the device.
- Migraine Insights: Uses continuous biometric data to help users map headache patterns and potential periods of increased risk.
- Phase Alignment: Recommends timing for daylight exposure, exercise, and winding down based on circadian rhythm.
- Vitamin D: Estimates daily sun exposure and vitamin D synthesis using ultraviolet radiation levels.
- Smart Alarm: Aims to wake users during light sleep after they have reached their sleep goal.
- Social Jetlag: Measures differences between workday and weekend sleep schedules.
- Cycle & Ovulation: Uses skin temperature, HRV, and resting heart rate to predict a seven-day fertile window.
- Cycle & Ovulation Pro: Uses algorithms from OvuSense to assess ovulation. Ultrahuman claims the feature can confirm ovulation with more than 90 percent accuracy and provides additional Cycle Flags.
Some PowerPlugs address reproductive health and other areas where estimates can be mistaken for definitive medical information. Users should consider the limitations of wearable measurements and seek appropriate professional advice when making important health decisions. Ultrahuman’s announcement does not provide the underlying study details supporting every performance claim.
No Mandatory Subscription for Core Health Insights
A key selling point of the Ring PRO is its subscription-free model. Ultrahuman says the purchase includes access to core information covering sleep, recovery, movement, stress, and circadian rhythm without requiring an ongoing subscription.
The company also says users retain full ownership of their health data.
This approach could appeal to consumers who are wary of paying monthly fees to access information collected by a wearable device. It also differentiates the Ring PRO from products whose advanced analytics or historical data features may depend on recurring payments.
Optional PowerPlugs provide additional ways to customize the experience, although the announcement does not specify the pricing or subscription terms for every add-on.
Four Finishes and Multiple Sizes
The Ultrahuman Ring PRO is available in four finishes: Bionic Gold, Space Silver, Aster Black, and Raw Titanium.

The company offers sizes 5 through 13, giving shoppers several options for finding a suitable fit. Customers visiting participating Best Buy stores can try on the ring and get sized before purchasing, with the option to take it home the same day.
In-person sizing may be useful because smart rings need a secure, comfortable fit to collect consistent biometric measurements. Fit can also affect the overall wearing experience during sleep and daily activity.
Ultrahuman Ring PRO Price and Availability
The Ultrahuman Ring PRO is available in the United States for $479, with the PRO Charging Case included. The product comes with a one-year warranty and access to after-sales support.
Customers can purchase it through the following channels:
- Ultrahuman Official Store
- BestBuy, plus 300 participating physical stores
- Target, with in-store availability expected to expand over the coming weeks
- Walmart, with physical retail availability also planned for the coming weeks
Ultrahuman says the rollout will eventually include more than 1,000 Target and Walmart stores. Customers who want to try on the ring before buying can currently visit participating Best Buy locations.
