Anker has officially announced its latest flagship home cleaning device, the eufy Robot Vacuum Omni S2 Pro. Set to launch on November 1 at a price of $1,699 with an embargo lifting at 9:00 AM ET, the S2 Pro brings category-first innovations aimed at deeper home sanitation and effortless maintenance.
The standout feature of the Omni S2 Pro is its dual-method sanitation system, making it the world’s first robot vacuum to combine UV-C light with electrolyzed water. While the previous S2 model utilized electrolyzed water, the S2 Pro adds a hospital-grade UV-C light underneath the unit. This dual-action approach targets floor-bound pathogens on contact with every pass and is lab-verified to eliminate 99.99% of common household germs, including E. coli.
Beyond germ defense, the Omni S2 Pro upgrades its mopping mechanics with the HydroJet 3.0 hot-water mopping system. Moving away from room-temperature cleaning, the new system mops with 55°C (131°F) hot water to cut through grease and sticky residue. The roller mop constantly self-rinses during operation to prevent spreading dirt across floors.
Vacuuming performance receives a significant boost as well. Suction power has been increased to 40,000 Pa—up from 30,000 Pa on the S2—allowing the vacuum to extract dust mites and debris deep within carpet fibers. A multi-layer filtration system ensures trapped allergens remain contained inside the machine. Fully Automated UniClean Station and Smart Navigation
The included all-in-one UniClean station handles post-cleaning maintenance by washing the mop roller in hot water and drying it with warm air to prevent damp odors. The base station also incorporates an antibacterial dust bag for hygienic waste storage.
For navigation, the S2 Pro maps homes in true 3D and detects over 360 types of obstacles, including items as small as one centimeter. It retains the built-in scent diffuser seen on previous models to leave floors smelling fresh.
The Anker eufy Robot Vacuum Omni S2 Pro officially arrives on November 1 for $1,699. Shoppers can use the media-exclusive promo code EUFYS2PROVIP for $200 off during November.
