Gaming accessories already lean heavily into futuristic aesthetics, but the latest collaboration between GUNNAR and Alienware looks like it wandered out of a sci-fi concept sketch in the best possible way. The two brands have unveiled the Bermuda Triangle, a new pair of performance-focused gaming glasses designed to blend wraparound styling with GUNNAR’s familiar blue-light filtering lens technology.
Set to launch on March 12, 2026, the Bermuda Triangle joins the ongoing GUNNAR x Alienware collection and carries a retail price of $89.
A visor-inspired design with Alienware DNA

The Bermuda Triangle immediately stands apart from traditional gaming glasses thanks to its oversized shield-lens design. Rather than a conventional frame with separate lenses, GUNNAR opted for a single panoramic-style lens paired with a lightweight minimalist frame structure. The overall look feels heavily inspired by Alienware’s geometric industrial design language, right down to the sharp lines and “slightly extraterrestrial” vibe that Alienware fans tend to appreciate. A little cyberpunk, a little esports pit crew.
According to the product materials, the glasses are built with a lightweight polymer frame intended for extended wear sessions, whether that means marathon gaming nights, creative work, streaming, or simply surviving another eight-hour spreadsheet expedition without feeling like your eyeballs were toasted under office fluorescents.
The wide-fit frame also includes adjustable nose pads, which should help accommodate different face shapes more comfortably than rigid one-size-fits-all designs sometimes do.
Built around GUNNAR’s blue-light filtering tech
As expected, the Bermuda Triangle centers heavily on GUNNAR’s patented lens technology. The company says the glasses are designed to reduce digital eye strain while blocking harmful blue light and offering full UV protection.
The glasses also feature G-Shield Plus lens coating, which adds anti-reflective and smudge-resistant properties. That may sound like a small detail, but anyone who has worn glasses during long gaming sessions knows fingerprints and monitor glare can quickly become their own boss battle.
Two lens configurations will be available at launch. Buyers can choose between an amber-tinted version or a clear option, both paired with the same “Liquid Teal” frame finish.
GUNNAR notes that the Bermuda Triangle will not be available in prescription form.
Alienware accessories complete the package

The collaboration extends beyond the glasses themselves. Each pair ships with exclusive Alienware-branded accessories, including a white puffy protective pouch and a microfiber cleaning cloth.
The included accessories lean into the premium presentation angle without becoming overly flashy. Based on the product imagery, Alienware’s signature minimalist branding remains front and center throughout the package.
Dimension-wise, the Bermuda Triangle uses a fairly large footprint with a 140 mm lens width and 141 mm frame width, reinforcing its “wide fit” classification. The glasses themselves weigh in at 1.31 ounces without packaging.
A growing overlap between gaming and lifestyle wearables
Gaming glasses have gradually shifted from niche accessories into something closer to lifestyle wearables, especially as remote work, streaming, and extended screen time continue blending together. Collaborations like this one also show how brands such as Alienware are expanding beyond PCs and monitors into a broader ecosystem of desk-friendly gear and accessories.
The Bermuda Triangle may not literally help players navigate uncharted territory, but it certainly looks prepared for late-night raids, productivity sprints, and the occasional “just one more match” situation that somehow ends at 2:13 a.m.
