Flowtica, the Singapore-based AI productivity company, has expanded its meeting platform to three new surfaces: Apple Watch, Mac, and Web. All three launched on October 28, 2026, bringing AI-powered recording, transcription, summaries, and actionable insights to a broader range of devices and daily workflows.
Flowtica for Apple Watch: Meeting Notes on Your Wrist
The Apple Watch app is built for the conversations that never make it onto a calendar. Hallway chats, impromptu client check-ins, and last-minute ideas before lunch are exactly the kind of moments Flowtica is targeting here. Users can start recording with a single tap from a watch-face complication, Smart Stack, or Control Center, and flag key moments using FlowMark, with Double Tap support on compatible Apple Watch models.
A glanceable interface displays recording status, duration, and markers in real time. Recordings can be captured offline and synced when connectivity returns, with transcripts, summaries, and action items processed through the paired iPhone’s Flowtica app. The Apple Watch app is available through the Flowtica iOS app on the App Store.
Flowtica for Mac: AI Meeting Intelligence at the Desktop
For professionals whose days are largely spent on video calls, Flowtica for Mac handles the note-taking so they don’t have to. The app detects audio from supported meeting services and prompts users to confirm recording before it begins, keeping the process intentional without adding unnecessary friction. During meetings, users can mark moments, add notes, and attach images. Afterward, Flowtica generates searchable transcripts, summaries, and action items from the recording.
The Ask Flowtica feature lets users query their recordings in natural language to surface key decisions, open questions, and commitments. The app can also convert text and screenshots into structured memos or task lists. A notable bonus: system-wide voice dictation, activated by holding the Fn key, lets users dictate text directly into any application on their Mac. Flowtica for Mac is available as a direct download at flowtica.ai.
Flowtica Web: Browser-Based Recording for Windows and Linux
Flowtica Web extends the platform beyond Apple’s ecosystem, giving Windows and Linux users access to AI meeting tools through a browser at web.flowtica.ai. Users can record via microphone or by sharing a browser tab, window, or screen with audio in Chrome or Edge. Safari and Firefox support microphone recording only.
Post-recording, users get access to transcripts, AI-generated summaries, and Ask Flowtica, including a voice button for spoken queries. It’s worth noting that automatic meeting detection and system-wide voice dictation are exclusive to the Mac app and are not available on the web version. All recordings feed into the same unified Flowtica library across devices.
A Platform Built Around How Conversations Actually Happen
The three new apps join Flowtica’s existing hardware lineup. The Flowtica Scribe recording pen connects handwritten notes to AI-generated meeting information through its Snap It feature. Meanwhile, the Flowtica Verso AI recorder uses a MagSafe-compatible design and an integrated e-paper display to support phone call recording and live meeting intelligence.
“The most valuable information in a working day often begins as a conversation, but those conversations happen in very different ways,” said Zac Zuo, Co-Founder of Flowtica. “By connecting these experiences through one AI platform, we’re helping people capture more of what matters and turn conversations into meaningful action.”
Flowtica for Apple Watch, Mac, and Web are all free to download or access, with AI processing minutes drawn from users’ existing Flowtica plans. More details are available at flowtica.ai.
