Barnes & Noble, not afraid to take the fight directly at Amazon, has today announced a $200 version of their Nook Tablet.  What’s the difference between this and the $249 model announced last year?  Rather than 16GB internal storage capacity, this guy comes with 8GB of memory for holding your books, apps, and magazines.  Aside from that, this should be more than enough for the average e-reader and entry-level tablet user.  Shifting gears just a bit, the company’s first “tablet”, the Nook Color, has seen a nice price drop, dipping down to a very attractive $169.99 price point.
