The Phiaton PS 20 BT is a Bluetooth stereo headset with a half-in-ear, half-outside-the-ear design that splits the difference between full in-ear and over-ear styles. After extended daily use for cycling, lawn mowing, and running, they became the preferred headphones in the household.
The Bluetooth connection paired in seconds. The cord is not a tether to the phone but a 1.2m control cable carrying an inline controller for volume, track controls (forward, rewind, stop, pause, play), and call answering and hanging up. Lightweight and flexible, it clips to a shirt sleeve with just enough slack.
Four sizes of silicone tips are included to accommodate different ear shapes. Call quality was clear and music performed well across genres, with better-than-expected low end and crisp mids and highs. A carrying pouch and charger are included.
Battery life is rated at 6 hours of talk or playback and 250 hours standby. The one consistent complaint: no low-battery indicator. Regular charging after each use is the practical solution.
