T-Mobile has officially given us the pricing and launch date for their new HTC flagship handset, the HTC One S. Confirming recent rumors, The HTC One S will be available on April 25 at T-Mobile retail stores, various dealers,and online for $199.99 (after a $50 mail-in-rebate card) with qualifying two-year service agreements. Powered by Android 4.0 and featuring HTC Sense 4, the handset joins the short list of devices capable of handling the theoretical speeds of 42Mbps.
Although announced after AT&T’s HTC One X, the One S will be the first to ship with Android 4.0/Sense 4 in the United States. With specs that include a4.3-inch qHD Super AMOLED screen, a 1.5GHz, dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, and an 8-megapixel camera, T-Mobile should have quite a winner on their hands.
