HSFTOOLS Launches Finder S2: A Next-Gen Smartphone Thermal Imaging Camera

HSFTOOLS has introduced the Finder S2, a thermal imaging attachment for smartphones designed to make home inspections, HVAC maintenance, and fieldwork easier and more efficient. With a battery-free, plug-and-play design, the Finder S2 provides high-resolution infrared imaging in a compact and lightweight package.

Enhanced Thermal Imaging in a Portable Form

The Finder S2 elevates smartphone-based thermal imaging by offering:

  • Live Super Resolution technology, increasing thermal imaging resolution from 256×192 to 960×720 for sharper, more detailed visuals.
  • Accurate temperature sensitivity ranging from -4°F to 752°F, with customizable settings for materials like wood and brick.
  • Low power consumption, allowing for 6-8 hours of operation without an internal battery.
  • Lightweight and durable construction, weighing only 0.92 oz (26g) and rated for 3.3ft drop protection (IP40).

Built for Homeowners and Professionals

The Finder S2 is compatible with most Android smartphones and tablets via USB-C, making it accessible for professionals and DIYers alike. Whether inspecting insulation, detecting electrical issues, or diagnosing car engine problems, users can capture thermal data efficiently without bulky equipment.

Pricing and Availability

The Finder S2 is available now on Amazon for $199.99. HSFTOOLS’ full product lineup, including the budget-friendly Finder S1 ($139.99), can be found at HSFTOOLS.com.
