HONOR has introduced the HONOR Watch 6, a new smartwatch aimed at users who want a blend of fitness tracking, health monitoring, and everyday smart features without sacrificing battery life. The wearable combines a lightweight aluminum design with more than 120 sports modes, AI-assisted workout tools, and a claimed battery life of up to 35 days.
Designed as a companion for active lifestyles, the HONOR Watch 6 focuses on outdoor workouts, health insights, and practical features that extend beyond exercise tracking.
Lightweight Design Built for Daily Wear
HONOR says the Watch 6 takes inspiration from automotive performance with a “Racing Dashboard” design that incorporates sculpted lines and beveled edges. The case is constructed from recyclable aluminum alloy and weighs just 41 grams, making it light enough for all-day wear while maintaining a premium look and feel.
The smartwatch will be available in Twilight Brown and Shadow Black.
More Than 120 Sports Modes with AI Coaching
Fitness is a major focus of the HONOR Watch 6. The smartwatch includes support for more than 120 sports modes, including dedicated experiences for trail running, badminton, and football.

Trail runners gain access to an AI running coach, climbing metrics, distance tracking, route deviation alerts, and positioning powered by HONOR’s AccuTrack dual-band six-star GPS system. Players on the court or field receive sport-specific metrics, including badminton smash speeds, rally tracking, and football heat maps that can help visualize movement during training sessions.
The display supports water-touch controls, allowing the touchscreen to remain responsive with wet hands or during rainy conditions.
Durability plays a role, too. The Watch 6 carries both 5ATM and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance, making it suitable for swimming and outdoor activities. Inside is a 980mAh battery that HONOR says can deliver up to 35 days of use when paired with a compatible HONOR phone. Actual battery life will vary based on usage.
Health Tracking Around the Clock
Beyond workouts, the HONOR Watch 6 continuously monitors heart rate, blood oxygen levels, stress, sleep, and body energy throughout the day. A Quick Health Scan provides an overview of key wellness metrics, and users receive an automatic daily health report each morning.

HONOR says its IntelliSense system improves signal collection for more accurate heart rate and blood flow tracking. Like most consumer wearables, the company notes that the watch is intended for health management rather than medical diagnosis.
Smart Features Round Out the Package
The HONOR Watch 6 includes a display capable of reaching 3,000 nits of peak brightness for easier viewing outdoors. Users can personalize the watch with animated watch faces created from live photos or short videos up to 10 seconds long.
Other features include dual-phone pairing for notifications from two smartphones, an AI Recorder that creates voice notes and summaries, wrist gesture controls for actions like silencing alarms or skipping music tracks, and NFC payments with supported Mastercard and Visa cards. HONOR says NFC payment support is expected to roll out beginning in July 2026, depending on region and participating financial institutions.
Pricing and Availability
The HONOR Watch 6 is available beginning June 18 in the UK with a retail price of £249.99. HONOR is offering an introductory promotion that lowers the price to £169.99 during the first month of availability. Early buyers will also receive a complimentary pair of HONOR Choice Earbuds Clip, which carry a UK retail value of £59.99.
