MediaTek Launches Dimensity 9400+ with a Focus on On-Device Gen-AI and Gaming Power

0

MediaTek has introduced the Dimensity 9400+, the latest chipset in its Dimensity series, designed to power next-generation Android devices with more advanced AI capabilities, improved performance, and longer-lasting power efficiency. The new system-on-chip (SoC) brings fresh muscle to smartphones with an updated architecture built for multitasking, gaming, and on-device intelligence.

Performance Built on Big Cores and Bigger Ambitions

At its core (see what we did there?), the Dimensity 9400+ features an “All Big Core” CPU layout, led by an Arm Cortex-X925 clocked at 3.73GHz, followed by three Cortex-X4 and four Cortex-A720 cores. This layout is designed for faster load times and smoother responsiveness, whether you’re juggling social feeds or training an AI model on your phone (as one does).

The upgraded MediaTek NPU 890 handles large language models (LLMs) directly on the device, supporting formats like Mixture-of-Experts, Multi-Token Prediction, and FP8 inferencing. It even introduces Speculative Decoding+, a feature that MediaTek claims brings a 20% performance bump to so-called agentic AI, meaning smarter, more autonomous AI that’s more assistant, less chatbot.

Gaming That Doesn’t Quit

Mobile gamers get a few perks too. The Dimensity 9400+ integrates a 12-core Arm Immortalis-G925 GPU, delivering console-style features like opacity micromap rendering, which adds more realistic lighting and texture effects to things like grass, fur, or hair. Basically we’re talking the fluffier side of mobile gaming.

The new MFRC 2.0+ frame rate converter helps maintain high frame rates without draining the battery. According to MediaTek, it can double effective FPS and cut power usage by up to 40%, which might help you win more matches. If not, at least you’ll be able to play longer before your phone taps out.

Cameras, Connections, and Other Specs

The Imagiq 1090 image signal processor supports HDR video across all zoom levels and smooth transitions between focal points. There’s also a feature called Smooth Zoom, which helps keep both image and audio locked on a moving subject, whether it’s a toddler on a sugar high or a squirrel mid-heist.

On the connectivity side, MediaTek has stretched Bluetooth range up to 10 kilometers between phones. The chip also supports BeiDou satellite positioning, Wi-Fi 7 tri-band, and Dual SIM Dual Active support for users who live the double-data life.

The first phones using the Dimensity 9400+ are expected to launch this month. For more information, check out the official MediaTek Dimensity page.

Thermal Master P2 Camera Review

Thermal cameras are amazing; they offer a view you can’t see with your bare eyes. However, the main problem with most of the thermal cameras is their large and bulky design, but that’s not the case with the Thermal Master P2 camera. Touted as the world’s second smallest thermal camera on the market, the P2 packs a lot of functions into its tiny body.

It’s been two weeks since I started using the P2 thermal camera, and I can confidently say it has exceeded my expectations for tasks such as checking electronic components, locating hot water pipes, and capturing the heat of a coffee cup. Here are my detailed thoughts on the Thermal Master P2.

Pros

  • Ultra-compact and extremely lightweight design
  • Plug-and-Play use
  • Good thermal sensitivity (<40mK)
  • Feature-packed companion app
  • Solid battery life

Cons

  • Compatible with only Android devices, no iOS
  • Slightly gets warm with certain Android devices, such as the iQOO 12

Unboxing

Pricing and Availability

The Thermal Master P2 starts at $200/£200 and is now available for purchase via Thermal Master’s official website and Amazon. The price tag is quite reasonable compared to the other alternatives available in the market. Please note that the device only works with Android smartphones with Android version 6.0 and above.

Design and Build

Thermal cameras are known for their bulky and large form factor, but the Thermal Master’s P2 is built differently. Advertised as the world’s second smallest thermal imaging camera, the P2 boasts an ultra-compact form factor and extremely lightweight design, measuring 27 x 18 x 9.8 mm and weighing around just 9.7 grams.

More specifically, the thermal camera is as compact and lightweight as the five-rupee coin, making it ridiculously portable and small enough to fit into a bag or your jeans pockets easily. Speaking of the build quality, the P2 has an all-aluminum build, which feels quite sturdy and premium in hand. However, there’s no IP rating provided for this tiny camera, which is slightly disappointing. Plus, the company also doesn’t offer any protection against extreme heat sources such as open flames. However, the app warns you if you try it anyway.

Additionally, Thermal Master offers a compact protective case in the box for the tiny camera. The case is made up of hard plastic and feels robust and durable enough to protect it from minor impacts, accidental scratches, and falls. Plus, there’s also a carabiner eyelet, which allows you to attach a case to a tool belt or backpack.

Setup

Setting up the Thermal Master P2 is an easy task. You just have to download the Temp Master companion app, plug the camera into your Android smartphone via the USB-C port, and you are good to go. Please note that if you have a thicker protective case on your smartphone, the camera is unlikely to fit into the port properly. To tackle this issue, the company offers a USB-C extension cable, or you can simply remove the case while using the camera.

Once you connect the camera to your smartphone, the handset recognizes it and the companion app opens automatically, and you can start using it on the go. That’s it, no complicated setup or driver chaos. I really like its simple plug-and-play use mechanism, which is super fast and reliable and even works smoothly.

The P2 boasts impressive capabilities, though it is designed specifically for Android devices running version 6.0 and above. As a result, it does not support iPhones, as iOS is not part of its compatibility range.

Image Quality and Performance

The Thermal Master P2 offers a native IR resolution of 256 x 192 pixels, with super-resolution boosting it to 512 x 384 pixels via the Razor X Algorithm. Considering its compact size, the resolution is quite decent. It can measure temperatures between -14°F and 1,112°F (-10 °C to 600 °C). The camera does capture good thermal images and videos, but lacks fine details, and the obvious reason behind this is a limited resolution

During my two-week testing period, the P2 performed quite well. The thermal camera delivers impressive results, whether it’s obtaining precise temperature readings from a cup of hot tea, detecting a slight heat from an electrical circuit, locating hot water pipes, seeing the heat signature of a recently parked car, or checking faults in electronic components.

Nevertheless, I didn’t notice any type of lag issues during testing. However, the P2’s performance entirely depends on the smartphone you’re using. In my case, I used the iQOO 12 and Xiaomi 14T Pro smartphones, which run on the latest Android versions and have flagship-level processors that offer plenty of power to handle image and data processing. Although I did notice a slight heating issue while using the P2 with my iQOO 12 smartphone, that’s not the case with the Xiaomi 14T Pro.

Since the P2 draws power directly from the device, battery life is a non-issue. When it comes to performance, the camera boasts an impressive operation time of up to seven hours with a standard 5,000 mAh battery smartphone.

Software

The Thermal Master P2 comes with a dedicated Temp Master companion app, which offers a solid set of features. The companion app allows you to choose from 12 different color palettes (including iron-red, white hot, black and white, rainbow, and others) to illustrate temperature differences, and a temperature display represents heat signatures with a temperature accuracy of ±1.5°C. You can switch between them depending on your needs. There’s also a 15x digital zoom feature available, which is very uncommon for its category. This allows you to zoom in and out smoothly for capturing images with details. Honestly speaking, this is more of a gimmick feature.

The P2 also comes with diagnostic tools, including a DIY color bar, which further allows users to manually set a temperature and highlight a target area using a slider. Another impressive feature is the software-based upscaling to 512 x 384 pixels, which makes the images sharper and clearer.

Thermal cameras are quite versatile, and the P2 is no different. It can be used for various applications, from finding overheating electrical components and power cables and diagnosing all sorts of HVAC problems, to pipe inspection and insulation checks.

Should you buy the Thermal Master P2?

You should buy it if…

  • You want a well-built, reliable smartphone thermal camera
  • You are looking for an ultra-compact and lightweight thermal camera
  • You want an affordable thermal imaging camera with a solid set of functions

You shouldn’t buy it if…

  • You want high-resolution thermal images
  • You are looking for an iPhone-compatible thermal camera

Final Thoughts

Overall, the Thermal Master P2 is an impressive gadget that effortlessly transforms any Android smartphone into a high-performing thermal camera. While it has a few minor imperfections, its main limitation lies in its exclusive compatibility with Android devices. Featuring a sleek, durable design and straightforward plug-and-play functionality, the P2 boasts a powerful array of features including adjustable emissivity, 15x zoom, and advanced software-based upscaling. This cost-effective and versatile thermal camera excels at precisely detecting heat leaks, locating hot water pipes, checking electronics, and much more—all at a glance.

HOZO Design M-Cube 02: A Surprisingly Capable Laser Level That Sticks (Literally)

0

I didn’t expect to be this impressed by a laser level, but the HOZO Design M-Cube 02 pulled me in pretty quickly. Whether you’re leveling shelves, tiling a backsplash, or just tired of crooked picture frames taunting you from across the room, this little guy brings a lot to the table. At $149, it’s not just another gadget but more of a tool that feels smart, solid, and genuinely helpful.

What It Is (and Why It’s Different)

The M-Cube 02 is technically an “anti-gravity laser level module,” which sounds futuristic, but in practice, it’s just a very clever piece of gear. You can use it on its own as a high-precision level, with horizontal and vertical bubbles built in, or pair it with the M-Cube Main Unit if you want to unlock digital angle readings and more advanced features. But even by itself, it’s got range.

The M-Cube 02 sticks securely to walls without nails or tape, giving you pro-level precision without the usual hassle. it’s one of the few tools that actually makes alignment feel effortless.

What really sets it apart, though, is the vacuum adsorption tech. You can literally stick this thing to a wall, smooth or slightly textured, and it just holds, no nails or tape needed. It leaves no marks, doesn’t wobble, and somehow manages to feel secure even during longer sessions. I’ve used it on drywall, tile, and even painted wood, and it’s held firm every time.

Built for Real Work, Not Just Looks

The M-Cube 02 has a modular design, which might sound like a buzzword until you realize what it actually does for you. If you’ve ever juggled a laser level and a tape measure at the same time, this one-click connection system makes everything easier. It’s built to minimize user error and streamline setups, especially when paired with the M-Cube system.

Physically, it’s compact, just over four inches square and a couple inches deep, and weighs about a pound. You can toss it in a bag without thinking twice. And battery life? You’re looking at 12 hours of use on a single charge, with a speedy Type-C recharge when it finally runs low.

Precision Where It Matters

The laser system is dual-color, which is a great touch. Red laser gives you tighter precision (±1/16 inch), while the green is a bit looser (±1/8 inch) but much easier to see in bright conditions. The angle accuracy sits at ±0.1°, which might sound small, but it makes a real difference when you’re aligning things like shelving or trim work.

If you’ve already got the MEAZOR app, good news, it integrates with this module, giving you access to digital readouts and configuration options. It’s not essential, but it definitely adds polish to the experience.

Accessories That Actually Help

HOZO bundles in three key accessories: TargetMate, GripMate, and CenterMate. These aren’t gimmicks, they really do improve precision and make setup smoother on a wider range of surfaces. GripMate in particular is handy for slicker materials where the vacuum hold might need backup.

And if you’re planning to grab this in the U.S., Europe, or East Asia, HOZO throws in free shipping on orders over $100, which takes a little of the sting out of the $149 price tag.

Specs & Features

  • Functionality:
    • Independent high-precision laser level
    • Pairs with M-Cube Main Unit for advanced digital angle readouts
  • Design: Modular to reduce inefficiencies and errors
  • Specifications:
    • Dimensions: 105 x 105 x 55 mm (4.1 x 4.1 x 2.1 inches)
    • Weight: 16.6 oz (470 g)
    • Battery: 2600 mAh (3 months standby, 12 hours continuous use)
    • Materials: ABS Plastic, PC Plastic, Aluminum Alloy
    • Charger: Type C 5V—2A
    • Resolution: 240 ppi
    • Measure Accuracy:
      • Red Laser: ±1/16 inch (±2 mm)
      • Green Laser: ±1/8 inch (±3 mm)
    • Angle Accuracy: ±0.1°
    • App: Compatible with MEAZOR APP
  • Shipping: Free for orders over $100 USD in Continental USA, most European, and East Asian countries
  • Additional Features:
    • Advanced vacuum adsorption technology for strong, mark-free hold
    • Optional accessories: GripMate for smoother surfaces
    • Includes TargetMate, GripMate, and CenterMate for enhanced precision and efficiency

Who’s It For?

If you’re the kind of person who’s constantly measuring, aligning, or hanging things, think DIYers, contractors, interior designers, or even serious crafters, this tool’s for you. It’s compact enough for small jobs, but accurate and feature-rich enough for professional use.

Even if you don’t work with this kind of gear every day, the M-Cube 02 is approachable. It doesn’t overwhelm you with tech, but it’s clear it was designed by people who understand the frustration of slightly off measurements and uneven lines.

The Bottom Line

The HOZO Design M-Cube 02 isn’t just “a laser level.” It’s a precise, well-thought-out tool that respects your time and effort. It sticks to things without damaging them, saves you from extra trips up and down the ladder, and adapts to how you like to work. If you’re serious about getting things right the first time, or just want fewer crooked frames in your life, this is a worthy addition to your toolbox.

Built for Performance, Ready for the Wild

At the heart of the SHARK 3 is MediaTek’s Dimensity 8300 processor, paired with up to 32GB of RAM, half of which is virtual, and a hefty 512GB of storage. That’s expandable to 2TB for those who like to keep their entire media library (and maybe a few survival manuals) on hand.

From the Ozarks to the World: Missouri’s Hidden International Gems for the Global Traveler

0

Located in the US Midwest, Missouri is the 18th most populous state, with over 12,000 years of backhistory. The state capital, Jefferson City, is considered one of the most beautiful cities in America. Kansas city, known globally for its juicy barbecues and jazz music, is Missouri’s largest city.

Missouri is the birthplace to popular figures who’ve shaped American history, including Walt Disney, Harry S. Truman, Mark Twain, among others. From its indigenous tribes and cultural attractions to freshwater diving sites and luxury resorts, Missouri is home to many natural retreats and fun adventures.

Looking for your next perfect holiday adventure? Here are Missouri’s hidden gems and must-visit tourist destinations for the global traveler.

Staying Connected: The eSIM Solution

The need to stay connected and keep in communication with your loved ones can’t be overstated. Since the release of iPhone 14 without a slot for physical SIM cards in 2022, the eSIM technology has gained traction. So don’t let your global tour of Missouri get shrouded by the inconvenience of buying multiple SIM cards.

Today, many devices from popular smartphone manufacturers like Samsung, Google, and iPhone now support eSIM cards.  One popular option is the Holafly Global eSIM for international travel that allows users to access mobile networks in multiple countries. Below are its main advantages:

  • Eliminates the need to purchase multiple physical SIM cards
  • Can be downloaded and installed digitally
  • Offers international roaming with coverage in over 80 countries, which makes it easier for global travelers headed to Missouri.

Preparing for Your Global Missouri Adventure

Dubbed the “Show Me” state, Missouri has countless hidden gems that will make every minute of your trip count. Like any other international adventure, a global trip to Missouri typically begins with an awe-inspiring photo that will have you imagine yourself already there.

However, you’ll need adequate preparation to actually be there. What makes travel to Missouri so memorable and enriching is the exposure to different languages, historical sites, natural wonders, cities, and cultures from various influences.

Regardless of your vacation M-O, here’s how to prepare, as well as the recommendations of what should feature in your Missouri travel itinerary.

  • Identify what to see and do: There’s a lot of things to do, see, eat, and discover in Missouri. The Lake of the Ozarks is a defining holiday destination with luxurious resorts, campgrounds, and miles of shoreline. Consider Kansas City’s rich culture and jazz heritage, or visit Branson City – a family friendly hotspot littered with theme parks, outdoor activities, and live country music.
  • Map out places to stay: Once you have your priority sights and destinations in mind, it will be easier to get a sense of where to stay. Google maps is a good place to start if you’re planning a trip to Missouri, and, indeed, pretty much anywhere
  • Create an itinerary: An itinerary is a basic plan of how you’d spend your global tour of Missouri. Time is of essence on any trip, and having a refined itinerary will help you manage your trip efficiently and avoid any do-over costs.
  • Make bookings: These include flights, tours, accommodation, and rental cars. Get your international flight tickets ready from platforms like Expedia, as well as logistics behind transport methods such as ferries and long-distance trains. Bookings are a necessary logistical hurdle to get over the line in advance.
  • Get travel insurance: Life is full of uncertainties, and having insurance cover can help incase of unforeseen circumstances. For instance, you will surely be happy to recover your money if a $20,000 trip got canceled.
  • Pack and hit the road: Once all the formalities and travel essentials/equipment are in place, it’s time to hit the road.

Best times to visit for International Events

Source

Missouri hosts some of the most celebrated international events in the US. These events are scattered throughout the year, but the perfect time to visit is between the months of April through to October. During this time, the weather is pleasant for most events.

The summer months (June to August) is Missouri’s busiest tourist season, while winter months (December to March) have the fewest events. In the summer, the region’s monsoons shrink to just occasional drizzles, and the 20-degree temperatures makes it ideal to adventure into the trails and mountain backdrop of the Ozarks.

Transportation tips within the state

The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) does everything in its power to ensure everyone gets where they need to be. You can rent a car, use the bear line, or public transport.

  • OATS Transit offers public metro services in 87 counties across the state, with bus fares starting from $19.
  • Visitors can book international and regional flights to facilitate air transport from Kansas City International Airport, Springfield-Branson National Airport, etc.
  • Water Transport is offered by Celebration Cruises and boats over Lake Ozark.

European Charms in Missouri

Missouri’s lifestyle blends cultures from around the world with its deep thread of Midwest American heritage. While the state isn’t the first place that comes to mind when you think of European charms, here are a few hidden gems that gives travelers a sense of influence from continental Europe:

  • Kansas City architecture: Missouri’s largest city has imposing European-style mansions in its historic ‘The Plaza’ district. The beautiful architecture, coupled with its ornate fountains will teleport visitors to the streets of major European cities.
  • Old Town European Market: Located in Springfield, this market is a treasure trove of European cuisine. You’ll find international delights such as Spanish olives, Italian pasta, German bread, French croissants, etc.

Asian Influences

One of Missouri’s most significant cultural attractions is the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art. Located in Kansas city, the museum features a comprehensive collection of art and sculptures from East Asia influences.

The exhibits are rotated regularly, so every visitor gets to experience something unique. Outside the museum is a garden for family-friendly activities. Another top attraction with Asian influences is the Japanese Garden, also located in Kansas city.

Latin American Vibes

While virtually all architecture in Missouri is all-American, there are top attractions and cultural experiences that reflect Latin American heritage. The Kansas City Latin American Festival and the Missouri Latin American Film Festival, for example, celebrate the traditions, music, dance, and cuisine from Latin America.

Moreover, the state is known for its thriving music scene. You’ll find Latin American influences in genres like country music, blues, jazz, and rock. Due to the deeply entrenched Latin American vibes, you’ll find real cities named Cuba and Mexico in Missouri.

African and Middle Eastern Experiences

Missouri is also home to attractions and events that showcase African and Middle Eastern influences. For example, the Missouri African American Heritage Museum and Hall of Fame, located in Kansas City, features artifacts that celebrate the contributions and legacy of African Americans.

There are also annual events, exhibits, and festivals that showcase music, crafts, food, and live performances. These include:

  • Kansas City African Festival (June)
  • St Louis Middle Eastern Festival (September)
  • St. Raymond’s Lebanese Festival
  • Bruce R. Watkins Cultural Heritage Center & Museum

Global Festivals and Events in Missouri

Popular global events in Missouri that attract both local and international participants, spectators, and travelers include:

  • The Show Art Fair (April)
  • St. Louis Marathon (May)
  • St. Louis Art Fair (September)
  • The Great Forest Park Balloon Race (September)
  • The St. Louis Microfest (October)
  • The St. Louis International Film Festival (November)

Accommodations with an International Twist

Missouri is a world class tourist destination with facilities to match. The state is home to all accommodation options, from budget-friendly vacation rentals to ocean view suites and villas at luxury resorts.

Obviously, your choice of accommodation will depend on your personal preference, and whether you’re touring alone or with family.

Away from the scenery in the Ozarks region, the area features cozy cabins and luxury villas fully furnished with amenities such as outdoor pools, fitness centers, and restaurants. If you’re visiting the Ozark Mountains and the Lake of the Ozarks, your convenient choice of accommodation in the area include:

  • Lodge of Four Seasons
  • Holiday Shores
  • Lake of the Ozarks Resort
  • Point Randall Resort

Practical Tips for the Global Missouri Traveler

Looking to embark on a tour of Missouri? Here are handy tips for international visitors:

  • Book your flights and accommodation in advance because it can sometimes get busy and expensive.
  • When looking for somewhere to stay, check the authenticity of hotels and resort listings to steer clear of fraudulent scams.

Conclusion

Home to culturally-rich cities, long history, and the beautiful Ozark Mountains, Missouri’s endless gems makes it a top global destination for visitors. The state has a thriving music scene, outdoor attractions, welcoming Lake Ozark waters, and a hospitable population that’s obsessed with mouth-watering barbecues.

Narwal Launches Freo Z10 Robot Vacuum With Tangle-Free Tech and Corner-Hugging Mop

0

Narwal has unveiled the Freo Z10, its newest robot vacuum and mop hybrid, engineered to tackle two of the most persistent headaches in smart home cleaning: tangled brushes and missed corners. This latest release introduces what Narwal calls its DualFlow Tangle-Free System, along with MopExtend and EdgeSwing technology aimed at improving edge-to-edge coverage.

The new Freo Z10 enters the scene with upgrades focused on making robot vacuums less needy. The redesigned side brush system uses a movable arm to actively loosen hair and debris before it can wrap around the bristles. Combined with a single-arm roller brush, the setup creates a tangle-resistant cleaning duo, a welcome feature for households with pets or long-haired humans.

Narwal Freo Z10

Precision Cleaning Meets Low-Maintenance Design

To reach into corners and along wall edges, the Z10 deploys a retractable mop that extends and presses down with 8 newtons of force, enough to scrub baseboards and kitchen toe-kicks with confidence. Narwal’s EdgeSwing feature then maneuvers the bot backward while extended, squeezing into areas where most round robots wave the white flag.

Under the hood, the Freo Z10 offers 15,000Pa of suction power, enough to slurp up fine dust and embedded dirt in one pass. A Tri-Laser navigation system helps it steer within 5mm of obstacles and recognize hazards as small as 1cm, even in the dark. It also manages this without a camera, sidestepping privacy concerns.

Narwal includes a hands-free base station that compresses debris into a 2.5-liter bag, needing attention only two to three times per year. Adaptive AI automatically adjusts mop temperature up to 167°F depending on the mess, smart enough to sanitize without overkill.

Pre-Sale Pricing Offers Steep Discounts

The Narwal Freo Z10 is now available for pre-order in the U.S. and Canada with discounts of up to $440 off regular pricing. Shoppers can secure their unit with a small deposit ($29 US or $39 Canada) until April 27, 2025. Final purchase redemptions will be open from April 28 to May 4. After the discount, the vacuum will cost $769.99 in the U.S. or $1,109.99 in Canada.

More details and ordering options are available at us.narwal.com and ca.narwal.com.

Motorola is also layering in smart software to support creativity. The new Sketch to Image feature, built into Moto Note, uses AI to turn basic sketches into artwork. Google’s Circle to Search is also on board, letting users get more info about anything on-screen just by circling it.

Built to Handle More Than Just Ideas

The moto g stylus – 2025 is wrapped in a leather-inspired finish and Pantone-selected colors like Gibraltar Sea and Surf the Web. Behind the stylish exterior is serious toughness: IP68 water and dust resistance, MIL-STD-810H durability certification, and drop resistance from nearly five feet.

It houses a 6.7-inch Super HD pOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 3000 nits of brightness, ideal for both sunlit patios and late-night Netflix binges. Audio is boosted with stereo speakers and Dolby Atmos, so your entertainment isn’t just sharp, it sounds good too.

Camera Upgrades Across the Board

For mobile photographers, the new 50MP camera system includes a Sony LYTIA 700C sensor and Optical Image Stabilization to improve clarity in low-light shots. On the software side, Motorola’s moto ai Photo Enhancement Engine helps polish photos automatically by combining exposures and adjusting colors.

There’s also a 13MP ultrawide + macro combo lens for flexibility in framing, and a 32MP front camera for high-resolution selfies or video calls.

Power and Performance, with Options

Battery life clocks in at over 40 hours thanks to a 5,000mAh cell, with 68W TurboPower charging providing “day-long” use in just 15 minutes. Wireless charging is supported too, albeit at a more modest 15W.

Performance is backed by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset, paired with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB of storage. A software feature called RAM Boost helps juggle more apps at once, and the phone ships with Android 15, Moto Secure, and ThinkShield baked in.

Availability and Pricing

The moto g stylus – 2025 will be available unlocked for $399.99 from Amazon, Best Buy, and Motorola’s website starting April 17 in the U.S. It’s expected to hit major carriers like Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, and several prepaid options in the coming months. Canadian customers can find it beginning May 13 at Motorola.ca and participating retailers.

WaterField Designs Unveils Shinjuku Tote for Work, Weekend, and Wandering

0

San Francisco-based WaterField Designs has added a new piece to its Shinjuku Collection with the release of the Shinjuku Tote, a compact, 16-liter carryall crafted for daily life on the move. Designed for commuters, travelers, and errand-runners alike, the Shinjuku Tote blends practical organization with clean, modern aesthetics and a few clever tricks up its canvas sleeve.

Built for Movement, Styled for Anywhere

The Shinjuku Tote is available in lightweight X-Pac Canvas or waxed canvas, each paired with full-grain leather accents that elevate its look without weighing it down. The bag’s slim silhouette and 11.5-inch drop handles are designed to slip through crowded spaces and rest comfortably on the shoulder, aided by a subtle anti-slip rubber underside.

For those juggling everything from laptops to market hauls, the tote’s internal and external storage options provide order without the usual rummaging. Inside, raised pockets keep small items from disappearing into the bottom abyss, while pleated side compartments stand ready for bottles, whether it’s water or wine, no judgment. The main compartment uses a magnetic flap closure that’s both secure and satisfyingly snappy, and the liner flips out for cleaning, which might come in handy after that impromptu grocery run.

Pockets with a Purpose

On the outside, a rear magnetic pocket offers quick access to items like phones and transit cards and closes on its own to keep valuables tucked safely away. The front zippered pocket includes organizational dividers and a key tether, with two additional side pockets designed for umbrellas or receipts, basically, everything that ends up loose in your car otherwise.

Pre-Order Details and Availability

WaterField has priced the Shinjuku Tote at $249, with pre-orders open now and shipping scheduled to begin April 11, 2025. The tote is available in black or olive green X-Pac Canvas and navy or tan waxed canvas, all lined with gold water-resistant ripstop nylon for visibility and a hint of flair.

The Shinjuku Tote is the third release in WaterField’s monthly Shinjuku Collection rollout, which draws inspiration from the fast-paced, style-conscious Shinjuku district in Tokyo. A tech organizer, crossbody, and duffel are expected to round out the lineup in the coming months. More information can be found at WaterField’s official site.
