Visible has introduced Visible One, a new service that combines mobile connectivity with fiber home internet under a single monthly bill. The offering marks the brand’s first converged mobile-and-home internet package and is being rolled out through Visible Fiber.
The new service starts with an introductory price of $50 per month for the first two months, requiring $100 upfront. After the introductory period, the standard price rises to $55 per month.
Two Plans Target Different Users
Visible One is available in two tiers designed for customers with different connectivity needs.
The standard Visible One plan includes the company’s base mobile service, 300 Mbps symmetrical fiber internet with 300 Mbps upload and download speeds, and internet equipment at no additional charge.
For customers seeking faster speeds and additional mobile benefits, the Visible+ Pro One plan costs $75 per month. It combines the Visible+ Pro mobile plan, including 5G Ultra-Wideband and a smartwatch line, with 1 Gbps fiber home internet and included equipment.
No Contracts or Hidden Fees
Visible is emphasizing straightforward pricing with the new service. Both plans include taxes and fees and do not require a credit check or annual contract.
The company says customers won’t have to deal with several common internet-related charges, including installation fees, monthly router rental costs, or separate self-installation kit charges. Overnight shipping is also included, while the router comes at no additional monthly cost.
Existing Fiber Infrastructure Simplifies Setup
Visible One operates on Visible Fiber using Verizon Fios infrastructure in eligible locations. The service is particularly aimed at homes that already have a fiber connection and an inactive Optical Network Terminal (ONT) installed.
Instead of requiring a technician visit, eligible customers can activate the service themselves through their existing ONT. Visible says the process can be completed in minutes, with no installation appointment required.
Customers who maintain service for at least three consecutive months can also keep the provided equipment.
Who Can Get Visible Fiber?
Visible Fiber is currently available to new Fios customers who have an existing but inactive ONT and are not currently subscribed to Verizon Fios.
Customers can check whether their address qualifies and activate the service through Visible’s home internet website.
For people outside Visible Fiber’s coverage area, the company continues to offer Visible 5G Home Internet in eligible locations, giving customers another option for home connectivity.
A Simpler Home-and-Mobile Package
With Visible One, the company is positioning itself as an alternative to traditional bundles by bringing mobile service and home broadband together while emphasizing predictable pricing.
The approach could appeal to households that want fewer separate bills and a simpler way to manage their wireless and home internet services, provided their address meets the fiber eligibility requirements.
