Visible Home Internet went live today for existing Visible customers, offering plug-and-play 5G connectivity without technician visits or long-term contracts.
The service starts at $30 per month with taxes and fees already included. For new customers, there’s an introductory deal at $49.99 that covers the first two months of service plus the gateway hardware. After that, it’s $30/month, or $300 if you’d rather pay annually and forget about it.
Built for People Who Hate Waiting Around
Traditional home internet setup hasn’t changed much in decades. You call, you schedule, you wait for a technician to show up during a four-hour window on a Tuesday. Visible is betting that model doesn’t work for most people anymore, especially during a move. The company cites research showing more than 60% of movers want internet up and running on or before move-in day.
With Visible Home Internet, the gateway ships directly to your door. Plug it in, and you’re online in minutes using Verizon’s 5G network, which includes both LTE and C-Band coverage. No appointments, no activation fees, no multi-year commitment.

No Rental Fees, no Surprise Charges
One thing worth noting is that the gateway is yours to keep. Visible isn’t loaning you equipment, which means you won’t get hit with non-return fees or ongoing rental charges if you cancel. That’s a departure from traditional cable providers and some wireless competitors who treat hardware like a long-term lease.
The pricing is also straightforward. $30 per month means $30 per month, not “$30 plus taxes, fees, and regional surcharges” that inflate the bill when it arrives. For customers who already use Visible’s mobile service, bundling both gets you unlimited mobile and home internet for $55 total.
