TAO Clean Studio Series Gives Its Self-Cleaning Toothbrush an Artistic Makeover

TAO Clean Studio Series Gives Its Self-Cleaning Toothbrush an Artistic Makeover

TAO Clean has introduced the Studio Series, a new collection that adds artist-inspired finishes to the company’s sonic electric toothbrush system. The release pairs the brand’s automatic cleaning, drying, and charging base with two patterned designs intended to look more at home on an open bathroom counter.

Available in Watercolor Sky and Smokey Quartz, the Studio Series marks TAO Clean’s first move beyond traditional solid-color toothbrush finishes. Both versions feature a smooth exterior while retaining the same brushing technology and accessories found in the company’s existing system.

A Toothbrush Designed for the Counter

The Studio Series is aimed at buyers who care about the appearance of everyday household products but do not want decorative choices to replace practical features. Watercolor Sky uses a softer, colorful pattern, while Smokey Quartz offers a darker and more subdued finish.

“People interact with their toothbrush twice a day, every day, but it’s rarely treated as something worth designing,” said TAO Clean CEO Marcus Hatcher. “We’ve always focused on creating a better brushing experience through technology. The Studio Series brings that same level of intention to design, creating something people are excited to see on their counter.”

The result is a toothbrush that treats bathroom storage less like a hiding place and more like shelf space. That may appeal to users who prefer to keep their electric toothbrush accessible without leaving another plain plastic handle beside the sink.

Automatic Cleaning, Drying, and Charging

Beneath the new patterns, the Studio Series uses TAO Clean’s established sonic toothbrush platform. Its base automatically charges the handle while using UV-C light to sanitize the brush head. TAO Clean claims the system eliminates 99.9% of germs.

The base dries the brush head after use, which the company says helps limit bacterial regrowth between brushing sessions. This approach separates the TAO Clean system from electric toothbrushes that rely on a basic charging stand and leave the damp brush head exposed.

The toothbrush includes guided brushing and two cleaning modes. It ships with TAO Clean whitening brush heads, which the company says have been clinically proven to whiten teeth by up to two shades within two weeks. Those results are manufacturer claims, and individual outcomes may vary.

Hands-free charging means users can return the toothbrush to its enclosed base after brushing without connecting a cable or placing it on a small charging peg. The setup handles charging, drying, and sanitizing as part of the same routine, giving the toothbrush a tidy little post-brush car wash.

Pricing and Availability

The TAO Clean Studio Series is available now in the United States, with prices starting at $119.40. The collection is sold exclusively through the company’s online store.

More information about the Studio Series and TAO Clean’s other oral-care products is available on the official TAO Clean website.
