Suunto Race GPS Sports Watch Arrives for Running Season

Suunto, a pioneer since 1936 in the development of sports watches, introduces the Suunto Race GPS Sports Watch, designed to aid athletes in enhancing their performance, pushing their limits, and achieving personal bests. This watch is now available in a range of colors and materials, including Stainless Steel and Titanium options, at a starting price of $449 for the stainless steel model.

The Suunto Race offers a sleek design with a 1.43” AMOLED display and a digital crown for easy navigation. It comes with a sapphire crystal finish and is available in five distinct colors. Athletes can select from Black, Midnight, and Birch in Stainless Steel or opt for the Titanium versions in Charcoal and Amethyst.

Designed for both training and competition, the Suunto Race provides a variety of advanced training metrics. It includes heart rate variability (HRV) tracking, allowing athletes to monitor their recovery and training effectiveness. Notable features include Strava segments integration and detailed offline maps for navigation even without Internet connectivity.

The Suunto Race is built to withstand extreme conditions, tested to military standards (MIL-STD-810H), and is temperature resistant from -20° C to +55° C. It is also water-resistant up to 100 meters. On the technical side, the watch offers exceptional battery life, supporting up to 40 hours of continuous GPS tracking and up to 26 days in daily mode.
