The latest launch includes two new Philips Hue Play lamps and an upgraded generation of smart candle bulbs designed to provide greater customization, energy efficiency, and smart home compatibility.
New Play Lamps Bring Dynamic Lighting to Home Entertainment
The company has introduced the Philips Hue Play Table Lamp and the Philips Hue Play Floor Lamp Large, both created to extend immersive lighting effects beyond television screens and gaming monitors.
The new lighting solutions are designed to react in real time to movies, television shows, video games, and music, helping users create a more engaging atmosphere throughout their living spaces. Whether placed near a television, positioned beside a couch, or installed in other areas of a room, the lamps can produce synchronized lighting effects that mirror on-screen action and audio cues.

Seamless Integration with the Philips Hue Ecosystem
The new Play lamps are fully compatible with the broader Philips Hue ecosystem. Users can connect them with the Philips Hue Play HDMI Sync Box or use the Hue Sync applications available for televisions and PCs.
