With upgraded HDR performance and a Halo Control System designed for more precise lighting control, the QM7K builds on the success of the QM6K, which debuted earlier this year at CES. TCL is offering the series in screen sizes ranging from 55 inches to an eye-catching 115 inches, covering everything from premium home entertainment setups to massive, wall-dominating displays.

The Halo Control System introduces a suite of refinements to backlighting, aimed at delivering a more controlled, accurate image. These include:

TCL’s high-contrast HVA panel works in tandem with these features, offering five times the native contrast of standard LCD panels. The addition of a new Color Optimization Algorithm refines color reproduction, giving a more natural and accurate picture.
