Samsung just launched the Galaxy S24 FE with Exynos 2400e chipset

Samsung has introduced its latest smartphone, the Galaxy S24 FE. The cheapest member in Samsung’s flagship S24 series brings interesting features to the table. Like the S23 FE, this time Samsung also opted for its in-house Exynos chipset for the FE versions. Have a look at the detailed specs sheet.

The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE 5G features a 6.7-inch FHD+ (2340 x1080) Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate, providing a smooth and stunning viewing experience. The panel has vision booster support that optimizes color and contrast for crystal clear and comfortable gaming even on bright sunny days.

For lenses, the device has a triple-camera array at the back consisting of a 50MP Primary camera, a 12MP ultrawide shooter, and an 8MP telephoto lens with 3X optical zoom support. There’s a 10MP front-facing camera for capturing stunning selfies and video chats.

Samsung went with its in-house Exynos series chipset. Powered by Samsung Exynos 2400e chipset paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage. The entire unit runs on a 4700mAh battery with 25W wired and 15W wireless fast charging support.

Samsung also incorporated the ProVisual Engine to the FE line which is usually found in Samsung’s flagship smartphones. Software-wise, the device runs on the latest Android 14 based on Samsung’s OneUI 6.1 out of the box. The good news is that the Samsung S24 FE is also eligible for 7 Major Andorid OS updates and 7 years of security patches, which is nice.

The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE retails at $650 for the base model 8GB + 128GB model. The smartphone is now available for pre-order and open sales will kick off from October 3 via Samsung’s official website and other authorized retailers. Samsung offers four beautiful color options for its latest FE – Gray, Mint, Yellow, and Graphite.
