RayNeo GT Max Call of Duty Edition: Features and Specs

The RayNeo GT Max Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 Limited Edition combines augmented reality technology, a large virtual display, and gaming-focused audio in a wearable device designed for fans of immersive entertainment. Featuring a Micro-OLED display, a 120Hz refresh rate, and spatial tracking, the special edition aims to deliver a cinematic gaming experience without requiring a conventional monitor or television.

Designed around the tactical aesthetic of the Call of Duty franchise, the glasses pair advanced display technology with a camouflage-inspired exterior, lightweight construction, and sound technology tuned by Bang & Olufsen.

A 267-Inch Virtual Screen With an Expanded Field of View

The GT Max uses RayNeo’s Peacock Optical Engine 3.0 Max to deliver a virtual display measuring up to 267 inches, according to the product specifications. Its 59-degree field of view is designed to create a more expansive viewing experience, bringing gameplay closer to a large-screen cinematic presentation.

The enlarged visual field is intended to make action sequences, multiplayer encounters, and other fast-paced gaming moments feel more immersive. Rather than relying on a traditional television or desktop monitor, users can view a virtual screen through the wearable display.

Micro-OLED Technology Targets High-Quality Visuals

RayNeo’s limited-edition glasses emphasize brightness, color reproduction, and contrast to improve the viewing experience. The display is rated for 1,200 nits of perceived brightness, with claimed color coverage of 145 percent of sRGB and 98 percent of the DCI-P3 color space.

The company also lists a 200,000:1 contrast ratio and 38 pixels per degree (PPD), specifications intended to support detailed images and rich colors. A 120Hz refresh rate is designed to provide smoother motion during rapid camera movements and action-heavy gameplay.

These specifications position the GT Max as a wearable display for users who prioritize responsive visuals and an expansive virtual screen. Actual image quality and gaming performance may vary depending on the connected device, content, and viewing conditions.

Dual-Chip Architecture Powers Display and Spatial Tracking

The GT Max features two dedicated chips: the Vision 4000 display chip and the Zone 360 three-degrees-of-freedom (3DoF) spatial tracking chip.

The Vision 4000 handles display-related processing, including color and brightness output, while the Zone 360 supports spatial tracking. Together, the components are designed to provide greater control over how virtual content appears in relation to the user’s head movements.

The glasses offer three viewing modes: Steady, Pinned, and Follow. These options allow users to choose how the virtual display behaves, whether they prefer a screen that follows their movements or one that remains positioned within their viewing environment.

Designed for Gaming at Home and on the Go

Beyond gaming, the GT Max is intended for use in different everyday environments. Its spatial tracking capabilities and spatial audio support are designed to create a private viewing setup in places such as a living room, bedroom, or airplane seat.

The glasses can connect to compatible PCs and consoles, allowing users to access content through a personal virtual display rather than depending entirely on a shared screen.

This approach could appeal to gamers who want a more private setup, travelers looking for a large-screen entertainment experience in confined spaces, and users who prefer wearable displays over carrying portable monitors. Compatibility and connection requirements will depend on the source device and the necessary cables or accessories.

Bang & Olufsen-Tuned Audio Enhances Immersion

Audio is another major feature of the limited-edition model. RayNeo says the GT Max incorporates a four-speaker racetrack-style system with an upgraded six-magnetic-circuit design, with the speaker unit area increased by 38 percent and sensitivity improved by 5 decibels.

The audio system was co-tuned by Bang & Olufsen, the Danish audio brand known for its sound and design products. The collaboration is intended to deliver fuller, more immersive audio for gaming, movies, and other entertainment.

By integrating the speakers directly into the glasses, the device aims to reduce the need for a separate headset during compatible viewing sessions. The overall experience will depend on the content, connection setup, and surrounding noise.

Lightweight Construction and Eye-Comfort Features

Despite its large virtual display, the GT Max weighs approximately 78 grams, according to the manufacturer. Its design incorporates lightweight materials, high-elasticity aluminum hinges, and customized magnesium-alloy brackets to balance durability and wearing comfort.

RayNeo also highlights its 3,840Hz high-frequency hybrid dimming system, which is designed to reduce visible flickering. The company cites triple eye-care certification from TÜV SÜD as another element of its visual-comfort approach.

The glasses feature a sandblasted exterior with a digital camouflage pattern, reinforcing the military-inspired look associated with the Call of Duty franchise. Three optical sizes are available to help users achieve a more suitable fit based on their interpupillary distance (IPD).

While these features are intended to support extended viewing sessions, individual comfort will vary. Eye-care specifications do not eliminate the need for breaks during prolonged use.

USB-C Cable and Cleaning Cloth Included

The package includes a braided USB-C video cable designed to provide a dependable connection for supported devices. The cable is intended to transmit video during gaming and other entertainment sessions.

Buyers also receive a cleaning cloth made from 100 percent polyester to help maintain the lenses and exterior surfaces.

The included accessories provide the basic items needed for connection and routine cleaning, although users should check the product’s compatibility requirements before purchasing it for a particular PC or console.

A Collectible Option for Call of Duty Fans

The RayNeo GT Max Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 Limited Edition brings together wearable display technology, high-refresh-rate visuals, spatial tracking, and upgraded audio in a gaming-inspired design.

Its 267-inch virtual screen, 59-degree field of view, and 120Hz refresh rate are among its headline specifications. The Bang & Olufsen-tuned audio and camouflage styling further distinguish it from more conventional wearable displays.

For dedicated Call of Duty fans, the limited-edition design may add collectible appeal to its entertainment features. For other buyers, the key considerations will be device compatibility, display comfort, audio performance, and whether a wearable virtual screen fits their gaming habits.
