Pit Viper and Victus Sports Launch Limited-Edition Flip-Offs 2.0 Sunglasses and Matching Bat

Pit Viper and Victus Sports Launch Limited-Edition Flip-Offs 2.0 Sunglasses and Matching Bat

Pit Viper and Victus Sports have teamed up on a limited-edition baseball collection pairing custom sunglasses with a matching hand-painted bat.

The collaboration centers on the Victus Flip-Offs 2.0, a special version of Pit Viper’s Flip-Off 2.0 sunglasses dressed in turquoise, hot pink, and zebra print. Victus Sports, the Official Bat of Major League Baseball, carries the same visual treatment onto a coordinating bat available as part of a bundle.

The collection was created around MLB Players’ Weekend, which ran from August 21 through August 23, 2026. The event has now wrapped, but the products remain the bigger story for buyers interested in the collaboration.

Built Around MLB Players’ Weekend

Players’ Weekend is Major League Baseball’s recurring event focused on the personalities, interests, causes, and personal stories of individual players. The 2026 edition marked the sixth league-wide Players’ Weekend and included all 30 MLB teams. Players were encouraged to express themselves through custom bats, cleats, and other gear during games.

Stylish sunglasses with a bold pink and turquoise zebra stripe design and mirrored lenses.
A pair of vibrant blue and purple sunglasses featuring a bold design with the text 'PTT' and 'VIPER' in neon green, and an animal print band on top.

The event originally ran from 2017 through 2019 before MLB brought it back in a revised format in 2024. This year’s three-day schedule featured themes centered on players’ off-field interests, charitable causes, and appreciation for people who helped them reach the majors.

That emphasis on personalized gear makes the Pit Viper and Victus pairing a natural fit, particularly given the collection’s refusal to blend quietly into the dugout.

The Victus Flip-Offs 2.0 Go Loud

The Victus Flip-Offs 2.0 start with Pit Viper’s existing Flip-Off 2.0 sunglasses and switch to a vivid turquoise and hot pink color scheme. A pink and purple revo lens sits inside a custom hydro-dipped zebra-print frame.

The polycarbonate lens provides 100% UVA and UVB protection, positioning the glasses for extended outdoor use. Pit Viper uses TR-90 for the frame material, with a fixed nosepiece, fixed temples, and a no-slip grip designed to keep the glasses stable on the face.

An assisted cam hinge controls movement when putting the sunglasses on or taking them off. In practical terms, the collection mixes performance-oriented eyewear features with styling that leaves very little chance of being mistaken for standard issue.

Victus Takes the Design to the Bat

A colorfully designed baseball bat with a pink handle and a zebra-striped barrel, placed on home plate with a pair of stylish purple sunglasses resting on top.

Victus extends the same visual treatment to a matching baseball bat, with each one hand-painted to coordinate with the sunglasses.

The result ties both sides of the collaboration together rather than treating the bat as a loosely related accessory. Turquoise, pink, purple, and patterned elements move from the eyewear directly onto the baseball gear.

Pricing and Availability

The Victus Flip-Offs 2.0 carry an MSRP of $119 through Pit Viper.

A bundle containing the sunglasses and matching Victus bat is priced at $320 and is available exclusively through the Victus Sports website.

Pit Viper and Victus describe the collection as “hyper-limited,” though no specific production quantity or sales end date was provided. For anyone who prefers their baseball gear with considerably less restraint, this one certainly knows its assignment.
