Halliday Brings Retro Flair and Smart Tech to CES

Halliday has stepped into the spotlight at CES with its AI-powered smart glasses, blending vintage-inspired design with cutting-edge functionality. Combining style, innovation, and practicality, these glasses are poised to reshape how users interact with technology on a daily basis.

A New Standard for Wearable Displays

The centerpiece of Halliday’s innovation lies in its DigiWindow technology. This near-eye display is a first in the world of wearable tech, offering a discreet, lens-free solution that projects a virtual 3.5-inch screen into the upper corner of the wearer’s vision. Unlike traditional smart glasses that rely on waveguide lenses, DigiWindow avoids issues like rainbow patterns or light leakage. The display remains crisp and vibrant, even under direct sunlight, delivering information without obstructing the user’s main field of view.

Controlled via a sleek trackpad ring, voice commands, or the frame’s built-in interface, the glasses are designed for both convenience and discretion. From meetings to casual outings, Halliday’s unobtrusive technology keeps users connected without drawing attention.

Proactive AI Assistance

Halliday’s proactive AI takes personal assistance to another level. Instead of merely responding to commands, it predicts user needs and offers seamless support. In a meeting, for example, it can display discussion highlights, summarize key points, and generate notes—all in real time. Other features, like Echo Mode, provide contextual suggestions to enrich conversations or improve productivity.

Integrated Bluetooth connectivity links the glasses to a smartphone, unlocking features such as real-time translation in 40 languages, navigation, synchronized music lyrics, and quick note-taking. Notifications and instant replies are handled discreetly, while the AI’s ability to mimic natural tones ensures a smooth, human-like interaction.

Stylish, Lightweight, and Built for All-Day Wear

Halliday reimagines smart glasses as a fashion-forward accessory. Inspired by the iconic character from Ready Player One, the design offers a nostalgic touch with frames available in matte black and tortoiseshell. At just 35 grams, they’re nearly half the weight of many competing models, ensuring comfort throughout the day. A battery life of eight hours means users can rely on them for extended use without constant recharging.

The glasses are compatible with prescription lenses, making them accessible to a wide audience. Whether for business, travel, or entertainment, Halliday combines retro aesthetics with high-tech functionality to suit any occasion.

Availability and Pricing

Halliday is available for pre-order at a retail price of $489, with an early bird offer starting at $369, including complimentary prescription lenses. Customers can secure their order with a $9.99 deposit through the Halliday Global website. Additional promotions will be unveiled during a Kickstarter campaign later this month. Shipping is slated for the end of Q1 2025.
