The new Govee Outdoor UpDown Wall Light, launching today, is the first of its kind to feature four independently controllable lighting zones, giving patios, porches, and backyard hangouts a serious glow-up.

Full-Spectrum Ambiance from Every Angle

Designed to offer an immersive lighting experience, the Govee Outdoor UpDown Wall Light incorporates both RGBWW and RGBIC technologies. That means the top and bottom beams offer rich white tones or vibrant colors, while the left and right sides can cycle through multicolor gradients with dynamic flair. Between the 64 built-in lighting scenes and 19 DIY modes, users can go from “chill evening cocktail” hour to “backyard disco” in seconds.

And if you’re not in the mood to design a scene yourself, Govee’s AI Lighting Bot can suggest combinations based on mood or environment. Yes, your lights now have opinions.

With up to 1200 lumens of brightness, the fixture hits that sweet spot between visibility and comfort. It’s bright enough to accent walls, seating areas, or entrances, but the wall-washing design avoids harsh glare. The adjustable color temperature lets users dial in warm or cool tones depending on the vibe.

One fixture can illuminate up to 12 square meters, giving it broader coverage than typical wall lights. The up and down beams deliver expansive vertical lighting, ideal for showing off architectural details or creating a dramatic backdrop along larger surfaces.
