AT&T on Monday announced an upcoming promotion for its GoPhone prepaid service which sees the carrier giving away free phones. Starting from July 22 and running through September 22, customers can save some coin when purchasing multiple handsets.
The Buy One, Get One deal finds AT&T offering up a second smartphone for free when another is purchased at the same time. Eligible phones, which must cost $60 or higher, include the LG Phoenix 2, Samsung Galaxy Express Prime, and Samsung Galaxy Express 3.
To qualify, customers must activate both phones on either a $45 (3GB data) or $60 (6GB data) monthly GoPhone plan. GoPhone is a prepaid service that operates on AT&T’s network and does not require credit checks or long-term contracts.
