Aiper is making a strong case for the fully automated backyard at IFA Berlin 2026, where the smart outdoor technology brand is showcasing its Smart Yard Ecosystem alongside two new compatible products: the IrriSense 2 SE irrigation system and the Scuba V3 Ultra robotic pool cleaner.
The Smart Yard Ecosystem: One App, Every Corner of the Yard
The Smart Yard Ecosystem is Aiper’s answer to the fragmented nature of outdoor maintenance, where pool cleaners, lawn mowers, and irrigation systems have traditionally operated in silos. Through Aiper Intelligence of Things (AIoT), compatible devices share data and coordinate automatically, pulling in inputs from soil sensors, weather stations, and user-defined schedules to run the yard with minimal hands-on involvement.
The system organizes its automation around three practical use cases. Daily Care sequences routine tasks like mowing, watering, and pool cleaning in the right order, and can pause irrigation if soil sensors detect the ground is already wet. Climate Care adjusts plans in response to changing weather, such as holding off on pool cleaning or watering when rain is detected. Vacation Care keeps everything running on schedule while the user is away, flagging only the issues that genuinely need attention.
Compatible devices span robotic pool cleaners, robotic lawn mowers, irrigation systems, soil sensors, weather stations, and solar panels, all managed through the Aiper Smart App Center.
Aiper IrriSense 2 SE: Smarter Watering in a Compact Package
The IrriSense 2 SE is a 3-in-1 smart irrigation system that combines a controller, sprinkler, and electric valve in a single unit measuring 30 cm and weighing 2.6 kg. Aiper designed it for straightforward setup, with installation taking around 10 minutes, making it a practical plug-and-play option for homeowners who want smart irrigation without a complicated install.

Using EvenRain technology, the sprinkler simulates natural rainfall across a coverage area of up to 445 square meters, with a spray range of up to 12 meters. Users can configure up to six individual irrigation zones to accommodate different plant types, and the system adjusts scheduling based on weather data and readings from the Aiper Soil Sensor.
Aiper says this combination can reduce water consumption by up to 40 percent compared to conventional in-ground systems, a meaningful figure in regions where outdoor water use is increasingly regulated.
The IrriSense 2 SE is also compatible with the Aiper Solar Panel, which supports up to nine hours of operation off the grid while keeping the device fully functional during charging.
Scuba V3 Ultra: AI-Powered Pool Cleaning With a Privacy Twist
The Scuba V3 Ultra is Aiper’s flagship robotic pool cleaner and what the company is calling the world’s first cognitive, AI-powered 6-in-1 pool robot. The “6-in-1” refers to its ability to clean the pool floor, walls, waterline, water surface, and shallow areas as shallow as 20 cm, with a built-in chlorine tablet compartment rounding out the feature set.

At the core of the V3 Ultra is Aiper’s AI Patrol Cleaning technology, which uses two onboard cameras for spatial depth perception and debris detection both above and below the waterline. The cameras offer a detection range of up to two meters, a 0.1-second response time, and can identify more than 20 debris types, adjusting cleaning intensity accordingly. Notably, images captured by the cameras are not stored or uploaded to the cloud, a deliberate privacy-forward design choice.
The robot supports a 7-day hands-free cleaning schedule and offers up to 240 minutes of runtime when cleaning the pool floor. A dual-pump system delivers suction of up to 32,200 liters per hour, and the multi-stage MicroMesh filtration system captures particles down to 3 microns. At 13 kg, the V3 Ultra uses Aiper’s JellyFloat Lift Engine to surface automatically and drain quickly for easy retrieval.
