Enhance Your Home Protection with eufy’s Security Suite

Enhance Your Home Protection with eufy’s Security Suite

When it comes to smart home security, eufy (an Anker Innovation brand) has carved out a massive name for itself by sticking to a philosophy that resonates with modern homeowners: “Security Always On, Always Safe”. Unlike many of its competitors, eufy has built its reputation on high-quality hardware that doesn’t hold your footage hostage behind a paywall, offering a “no subscription fee” model that is a breath of fresh air in today’s digital landscape.

Their product lineup is thoughtfully categorized into series to help users find exactly what they need: the S Series for ultimate imaging and control, the E Series for reliable, always-on security, and the C Series, which we will look at closely today, for advanced auto-tracking both indoors and out. By combining bank-grade encryption with local storage, eufy ensures that your private moments stay private while providing the peace of mind that comes with professional-grade monitoring.

Level Up is where we explore the gear that actually makes a difference, whether that’s in how you live, work, or unwind. Each edition brings together standout products, whether tied by brand or by theme, that turn the everyday into something a little more exceptional.

The Front Door Guardian: Video Doorbell E340

The Video Doorbell E340 is the oldest member of this party. I’ve had it installed for some time, but it was the gateway drug to the eufy security ecosystem in my home. Its standout feature is the dual-camera system: a front-facing 2K camera focuses on visitors, while a second, downward-facing camera fills in the gaps with a view of the floor in front of your door. This “Delivery Guard” technology is specifically designed to secure your packages, ensuring you can see exactly when a delivery arrives and if anyone tries to walk off with it. User reviews frequently highlight how this setup outperforms competitors like Ring by providing a true “head-to-toe” view with zero monthly fees.

Installation is remarkably flexible, catering to both renters and homeowners alike. You can choose to go completely wireless using the removable, rechargeable battery pack, which fully charges in about five hours, or you can hardwire it into your existing doorbell setup for continuous power. Oh, and did we mention the price tag of just $150?

If you choose the battery route, keeping a spare pack on hand means you’ll never have a gap in your security while charging. Despite its high-tech features like Color Night Vision, which uses a dual-light system to capture vivid details up to 16 feet away, the E340 remains incredibly user-friendly. The camera also supports Alexa and Google Voice Assistant for hands-free control.

For those worried about where their data goes, the E340 includes 8 GB of built-in local storage, capable of holding about 90 days of video history based on average usage. This means you aren’t forced into a cloud subscription just to see who was at your door yesterday. It’s also built to survive the elements with an IP65 weatherproof rating, so whether it’s snow, heavy rain, or bright sunshine, your front door remains under a watchful eye.

Small But Mighty: eufyCam C35 Camera

If you’re looking for “Effortless Security, Anywhere,” the eufyCam C35 Add-On Camera is the compact powerhouse you’ve been searching for. Its most compelling trait is its extreme versatility; it can be magnetically mounted, hung, screwed in, or simply placed on any flat surface in seconds. This makes it an ideal choice for monitoring tricky areas like a garage, a back entrance, or even a nursery. At just $60, it takes beautiful picture quality that rivals much larger, more expensive units.

What truly sets the C35 apart from other budget-friendly cameras is PureColor Vision™. This technology allows the camera to capture vivid, lifelike images even in low light without the need for bright, startling spotlights or traditional infrared that turns everything black and white. It’s a discreet way to keep tabs on your property at night without alerting the whole neighborhood. Additionally, the camera is IP67 weatherproof, meaning it is tough enough for outdoor use but stylish enough to sit on a shelf indoors.

Despite its small size, the eufyCam C35 is packed with Smart AI Detection that can distinguish between people, vehicles, and pets. This helps reduce annoying false alerts from a swaying tree branch or a passing squirrel. It also features active deterrents, such as built-in sound and light alarms that can be triggered automatically or manually through the eufy app to scare off unwanted guests. Like its counterparts, it supports local security with no monthly fee, ensuring you maintain full control of your footage without a recurring bill.

The 360-Degree Sentinel: eufyCam C37

For total property coverage, the eufyCam C37 is the ultimate upgrade for your perimeter. It features 360° AI Tracking with Pan and Tilt, allowing a single camera to eliminate blind spots by automatically following subjects as they move through the frame. This is paired with 2K clarity, which provides 77% more pixels than standard 1080p cameras, making it much easier to identify faces, license plates, or clothing details from a distance. It’s essentially like having a security guard that never blinks and can look in every direction at once.

One of the most innovative aspects of the C37 is its power system, which features detachable 3W solar panels and costs $80. This “split” design is a huge win for consumers because it allows you to mount the camera in the shade or under an eave while positioning the solar panel in a spot that gets optimal sunlight. With enough sun, you can enjoy continuous charging and zero maintenance, meaning you’ll never have to climb a ladder to take the camera down for a recharge. Even without consistent sun, the 6700mAh battery is built to last.

The eufyCam C37 is designed to be a complete, self-contained security solution with zero monthly fees, potentially saving users hundreds of dollars over several years. Recordings are saved locally on a microSD card (up to 256 GB) with bank-grade encryption to keep your data private. To further protect your home, it includes Active Deterrence features like a spotlight and siren to warn off intruders the moment they are detected by the smart AI. It’s a robust, “set it and forget it” system that represents the best of what eufy has to offer in the C Series.

Bringing it All Together: The HomeBase Mini

While each of these devices is impressive on its own, the real magic happens when you tie them together with the eufy HomeBase Mini. This compact hub acts as the central brain for your security ecosystem, offering unified device control for the E340 doorbell, eufyCam C35, and eufyCam C37 cameras.

Beyond just connecting your gear, the HomeBase Mini significantly boosts your storage capabilities with 8 GB of built-in eMMC storage and the ability to expand up to a massive 1 TB via microSD card. This ensures that your entire home, from the front porch to the backyard, is managed under one secure, encrypted roof without ever needing a cloud subscription.
