The system can also detect vehicles, extending visibility beyond traditional PIR sensors up to 60 feet.

The built-in 10,000mAh battery lasts up to three months on a single charge under standard use, and the solar panel recharges with as little as 90 minutes of direct sun. The camera supports 24/7 continuous recording even without DC power, Tapo capturing frames at customizable intervals between 1 and 60 seconds, so there’s no gap between motion events.
