TCL Mobile has announced the release of its eagerly awaited NXTPAPER smartphones in the United States. The TCL 50 XE NXTPAPER 5G and TCL 50 XL NXTPAPER 5G are now available, bringing the advanced NXTPAPER 3.0 display technology stateside.

The TCL 50 XE NXTPAPER 5G is priced at $149.99 and available nationwide through Spectrum. This model boasts a 6.6-inch HD+ glare-free NXTPAPER display designed to reduce up to 61% of harmful blue light.
With a 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate, users can expect smooth scrolling and fluid animations. The device is equipped with 128GB of storage, 4GB of RAM, and a 5010mAH battery, ensuring ample space and extended usage.

The TCL 50 XL NXTPAPER 5G is available regionally at C Spire for $199 or for free with a 36-month agreement. This model features a larger 6.8-inch FHD+ NXTPAPER display, also glare-free and equipped with the same blue light reduction technology. Its refresh rate of 120Hz and touch sampling rate of 240Hz deliver an even more responsive experience.
The device offers 128GB of storage, 6GB of RAM, and an additional 6GB of virtual RAM through NXTURBO. The camera system includes a 50MP AI-powered hybrid rear triple camera and a 32MP front camera. With a sleek, lightweight design and a powerful 5010mAH battery, this smartphone packs a punch.
