Now, Unlimited Plus customers can change to any available new smartphone at their leisure, subject only to the condition that the device powers on and is free from liquid damage.
Affordable and Comprehensive Device Protection
The new Mobile Repair and Replacement Plan introduces a cost-effective solution for device protection, covering issues like broken screens, and loss or theft, for just $5 per month per device. This plan aims to make protection more accessible to Spectrum Mobile customers, including those in New York or those using their own device, provided they subscribe within 30 days of their device purchase.
