Spectrum Mobile has introduced a new device protection plan, Repair and Replacement Premium, designed to provide complete coverage for customers’ devices. The plan covers accidental damage, mechanical or electrical failure, broken front screens, back glass, battery replacements, and instances where the device is lost or stolen.
“From dropped phones to batteries that no longer hold a charge, we understand the frustration of a device not working as it should,” said Danny Bowman, Executive Vice President, Product. “With our Repair and Replacement Premium, we’re offering a comprehensive protection package that ensures our customers’ devices remain in top condition.”

The new plan is priced at $10 per month and offers extensive coverage including all the benefits of Spectrum’s existing Repair and Replacement plan, and more. Spectrum Mobile’s original Repair and Replacement plan remains available at $5 per month, offering customers flexible options to suit their needs.
Key features of the premium plan include comprehensive coverage against accidental damage, mechanical or electrical failure, unlimited front screen or back glass repairs for $29 each, and unlimited battery replacements for $29 each.
Customers can enroll in Repair and Replacement Premium via the My Spectrum app or on Spectrum.net.
