Rokid introduces the new AR Joy 2 system for an unparalleled entertainment experience

The smart glasses are still in their growing phase, and with each iteration, they are just getting better. A popular AR and VR products maker, Rokid has unveiled its new AR Joy 2 system at IFA Berlin. Rokid’s new system combines its recently launched high-end Rokid Max 2 AR glasses with the Rokid Station (a portable Google-certified Android TV device), to offer an immersive entertainment experience on the go. 

With the AR Joy 2, you can enjoy a massive 215-inch screen floating in front of you, taking your entertainment experience to the next level. These AR glasses boast a micro-OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 50° field of view. Rokid also incorporated a diopter adjustment range from 0 to -6D, catering wide range of visual needs. They are TUV Rheinland certified, meaning you get maximum eye comfort while watching the content.

The Joy 2 now offers up to five hours of playback time, ensuring uninterrupted entertainment on long journeys without worrying about the battery life. Rokid packs the latest Android TV 12, providing access to an extensive library of streaming and gaming content. The privacy features and spatial audio are also enhanced, allowing users to enjoy their entertainment without external distractions. 

The Rokid Station further enhances the AR glasses functionality, doubling as a streaming as well as a reverse charger device for smartphones, keeping your devices charged on the go. 

The Rokid AR Joy 2 is officially priced at $548. As a part of the launch offer, Rokid offering a special pre-order price of $498, available from September 6th to October 20th.
