Keqing-inspired design inside and out
This new limited release of the OnePlus 12R is an official partnership with Genshin’s parent company, HoYoverse Entertainment. The two companies have collaborated to produce a once-in-a-lifetime phone powered in the spirit of popular character Keqing. The customized experience starts with a collectible retail box and expands into all aspects of the OnePlus 12R.
The outer casing has Electro Violet colorway to match Keqing’s signature look. The back of the 12R Genshin Impact Edition furthers this flare with inlaid feathers and even Keqing etched into the top of the device. Even this etching is unique to this specific phone. OnePlus has created this “Electro Etching” to reflect light to project the Keqing namesake onto surrounding surfaces.
Digger further into the OnePlus 12R Genshin Impact Edition, you find that the customized themes aren’t just skin deep. OnePlus and HoYoverse have completely altered the software experience for the hardcore fan as well. The transformed OxygenOS 14 features custom app icons, Electro Element charging animations, and an exclusive Always-On Display wallpaper. It even has personalized Genshin-themed power splash screen and fingerprint unlock animation.Taking this one step further, you have live wallpapers featuring Keqing’s likeness each time you use that fingerprint unlock.
