MetroPCS today announced another 4G LTE smartphone, the ZTE Avid 4G, an entry-level Android experience. Priced at $149, the handset runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and is immediately available in stores and online.
Details for the Avid 4G include a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, 5-megapixel rear camera, VGA front-facing camera, and a 4-inch 480X800 display. Additional specifications include 2.3GB internal memory, microSD expansion, a 1730mAh battery, and the standard fare of Android connectivity options.

The Avid 4G is available with any of MetroPCS’ standard 4GLTE service plans which range from $40 – $70 per month, and for a limited time with promotional plans including 4GLTE for $30 and unlimited 4GLTE for $55.
