LG Gallery TV Debuts at CES 2026 with Art-Inspired Gallery Mode

LG Electronics (LG) has announced the upcoming premiere of the LG Gallery TV, the newest addition to its premium lifestyle screen portfolio. The device is designed to function as a dedicated digital canvas, integrating with the expanded LG Gallery+ service to provide a sophisticated spatial curation experience for the modern home. Consumers will witness the unveiling at CES 2026.

Precision Engineering for Digital Artistry

The LG Gallery TV, developed in collaboration with museum curators, features a specialized Gallery Mode engineered to replicate the visual texture and integrity of original masterpieces. The hardware has a high-performance screen designed to reduce glare and minimize reflections, ensuring an authentic, art-like viewing experience.

To maintain visual fidelity across varying environments, the unit incorporates sensors that automatically calibrate picture quality—specifically color and brightness—in response to changing general lighting conditions throughout the day.

Premium Hardware and Aesthetic Versatility

The LG Gallery TV will be available in 55-inch and 65-inch configurations. The hardware emphasizes a minimalist aesthetic with a slim, flush-mount design and customizable magnetic frames to suit diverse interior styles.

While optimized for art, the series remains a high-performance entertainment hub. It is powered by LG’s α (Alpha) 7 AI Processor and MiniLED technology, delivering 4K resolution and immersive AI Sound Pro (Virtual 9.1.2ch) audio. Furthermore, the inclusion of expanded internal memory allows users to store and manage extensive personal libraries locally.

The LG Gallery+ Ecosystem

The hardware is supported by the LG Gallery+ service, a comprehensive interior platform featuring a monthly-refreshed library of over 4,500 works. The collection spans traditional fine art, cinematic stills, gaming visuals, and animations.

In a move toward further personalization, the platform now incorporates:

  • Generative AI Integration: Enabling users to create bespoke imagery via AI prompts.
  • Acoustic Ambiance: A library of built-in background tracks and Bluetooth streaming capabilities to complement the visual atmosphere.
  • Personal Integration: Seamless uploading and display of personal photo libraries.

Strategic Vision for the Lifestyle Market

“By broadening our lifestyle TV portfolio, we are redefining the display as an intuitive companion that aligns with our users’ evolving tastes,” noted Park Hyoung-sei, president of LG Media Entertainment Solution Company. “We are committed to enhancing the consumer experience by granting individuals total creative agency over their living environments.”

LG will showcase the full Art TV lineup at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Booth #15004, during CES 2026.
