InnAIO has unveiled Transnote, a pocket-sized AI translator that goes beyond typical language conversion by cloning users’ voices to deliver translations that sound authentically personal. The 40-gram device, measuring just 5.3 mm thick, combines real-time translation across more than 140 languages with voice replication technology and comprehensive meeting assistance features.
Your Voice, Any Language
The standout feature that sets Transnote apart from conventional translators is its voice cloning capability. Using just 30 seconds of audio input, the AI analyzes speech patterns, tone, and inflection to create a digital replica of the user’s voice. This means translations maintain the speaker’s personality and emotional nuance across different languages—potentially making cross-cultural conversations feel more natural and less robotic.
The device delivers real-time face-to-face translation with a 0.5-second response time and up to 98% accuracy. Beyond voice translation, Transnote handles text and photo translation, plus provides real-time subtitle translation during video calls without requiring special software on the recipient’s end. For situations without internet access, the device supports offline translation in more than 10 languages.
Meeting Assistant That Actually Assists
Transnote doubles as a sophisticated meeting companion with features extending well beyond language conversion. The device incorporates an advanced multi-microphone system using bone-conduction technology and four omni-directional microphones that capture clear audio within a 5-meter range. With 64GB of local storage, it can record extended meetings and calls without cloud dependency.
Recordings sync to the InnAIO Pro app via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, with transfer speeds reaching 700 kB/s over Wi-Fi—fast enough to move a one-hour recording in approximately 12 seconds. The app automatically transcribes recordings and generates AI-powered summaries and mind maps using built-in templates or custom workflows, turning lengthy meetings into actionable insights.
Seamless Workflow Integration
The device integrates directly with existing digital workflows through cross-app functionality. Users can press and speak in any messaging app or text input field to translate speech directly into text within that application. Translations are automatically spoken aloud, enabling users to send translated voice messages through chat platforms without switching between apps.
Digital Business Cards Get an Upgrade

An unexpected addition is Transnote’s NFC digital business card capability. Users can instantly share and save contact information with a tap, with cards automatically adapting to the viewer’s browser language. The feature works through an accessory NFC card sleeve that opens business cards directly in smartphone browsers without requiring additional apps—a clever solution for international networking.
Built for the Long Haul
Battery performance stands out with up to 40 hours of continuous recording, extending to 50 hours in Bluetooth mode. The device offers 35 days of standby time and magnetically attaches to smartphones for convenient portability. This endurance makes it practical for extended international trips or long conference days.
“Transnote was built for a world that communicates across borders and platforms,” said Cathy Chen, Head of Global Marketing for InnAIO. “It’s made to help you stay connected, supporting you as you travel, meet people globally, and collaborate across languages.”
Availability and Pricing
InnAIO plans to demonstrate Transnote at CES 2026, with official availability scheduled for April 2026. The company has not yet announced pricing or subscription details, which will be revealed closer to launch. The device builds on InnAIO’s previous success with the AI Translator T10, expanding the company’s ecosystem of AI-powered communication tools.
