HTC officially announced the One X+, a refreshed HTC One X arriving in Europe and North Asia in October, South Asia in November. A separate North America announcement was expected. Running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with HTC Sense 4+, a Jelly Bean update for the original One X and One S was set to begin rolling out from October.
Key specs: a 1.7GHz quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 AP37 processor, 64GB internal storage, 1GB RAM, a 4.7-inch Super LCD 2 display, an 8-megapixel camera, a 2100mAh battery (up to 50% more talk time than the One X), Beats Audio with tap-to-connect support for Beats speakers, and HTC Watch 2.0 for movie rentals. New Sense 4+ features included a Self Portrait mode using face detection on the front camera, Sightseeing mode for one-touch launch directly from the power button, and a video hub for consolidated video content.
