Dreame has been expanding beyond its roots in robot vacuums over the last year with fans, purifiers, humidifers, and other smart home devices. Two home-air products in the lineup aimed at making everyday spaces more comfortable include the MF10 Bladeless Fan and AP10 Pet Air Purifier.
Dreame recently sent us the two products to spend some time with, and both are aimed at solving common home-air problems in very different ways.
The MF10 focuses on moving air more effectively around a room, with wide oscillation, adjustable speeds, and smart controls designed for everyday comfort. The AP10 is built for pet owners, targeting airborne hair, dander, and odors while adding a few thoughtful touches for homes with cats and dogs.
Dreame MF10 Bladeless Fan
The Dreame MF10 is built for room-wide airflow rather than simply pushing air in one direction. Its dual GyroWing system supports 180 degrees of horizontal movement and 90 degrees vertically, giving the fan broad coverage across larger rooms. Dreame rates it for spaces up to 538 square feet, making it a fit for bedrooms, home offices, living rooms, and other spaces where air tends to collect in pockets.
The MF10 offers 10 fan speeds and Dreame’s TempSync system, which can automatically adjust airflow based on room temperature. That means less messing around with controls throughout the day if and when conditions change.
Users can manage the fan from its touchscreen, included remote, the Dreamehome app, or compatible smart-home platforms like Google Home and Amazon Alexa.
A washable intake filter helps catch larger dust and hair particles before they move through the fan, though the MF10 is intended primarily for circulation rather than full air purification.
Who It’s For
The MF10 makes sense for anyone who wants better airflow without placing multiple fans around a room. In short, it’s perfect for just about anyone.
It could be especially useful for bedrooms, home offices, and spaces where air conditioning or heating works well but does not distribute evenly. Its broad oscillation and automatic temperature response give it a bit more intelligence than the typical tower fan.
Dreame AP10 Pet Air Purifier
The Dreame AP10 has a much more specific audience: homes with pets.
Its 360-degree air intake is designed to pull in floating hair, dander, fine particles, and pet-related odors from around the room. Dreame lists a 254 CFM CADR and recommends the purifier for rooms measuring roughly 323 to 592 square feet.
A transparent hair-collection compartment lets owners see exactly how much fur the purifier has captured, which may be one of those features that becomes oddly satisfying after a few days.Or, depending on how often you’re vacuuming and cleaning the home, you might be taken aback.
The AP10 uses a three-stage filtration system that targets larger debris, smaller airborne particles, and odors. Four operating modes include Auto, Pet, Turbo, and Sleep, letting owners prioritize quiet operation, maximum cleaning, or pet-specific filtration.
Sleep Mode operates below 31.9 dB(A), making the AP10 suitable for bedrooms, home offices, and other quiet spaces.
Designed Around Pets
Dreame has added several small details that separate the AP10 from a generic air purifier. The top surface doubles as a resting spot for cats, and the bite-resistant power cord and control lock help protect against curious or mischievous pets. Like you might find in a portable electric heater, the anti-tip system can shut the purifier down if it is knocked over.
The purifier includes a digital PM2.5 display, app controls, remote monitoring, and voice-control support.
Who It’s For
If you had not figured it out yet, the AP10 is aimed squarely at households with shedding dogs or cats. More specifically, where pet hair, dander, and odors tend to collect in bedrooms, living rooms, or home offices.
Pet owners who already run a conventional purifier may find the AP10’s visible hair collection and pet-focused safety features more useful than a standard cylindrical filter tucked into the corner.
Two Different Jobs, One Smarter Home
The MF10 Bladeless Fan is the broader home-comfort product, with wide airflow coverage, temperature-based automation, and smart-home controls.
The AP10 Pet Air Purifier is more specialized, focusing on hair, dander, odors, and the unique challenges that come with sharing a home with animals.
For homes that need both cleaner air and better circulation, the two products could work well together. The AP10 handles filtration while the MF10 keeps air moving around the room, giving Dreame a one-two approach to home comfort that goes well beyond vacuuming floors.
