- Ship the device using the prepaid envelope provided
- If the offer is accepted, the account credit lands in the customer’s Cricket account
- If not, the device is sent back within 48 hours
There’s no need to buy a new phone or plan to qualify. The only requirement is a device that still has some value—and preferably not one that’s been swimming in a lake or dropped from a rooftop.
