These include Heart Rate Variability (HRV), Resting Heart Rate, Sleep Breathing Regularity, and Temperature Stability. By continuously monitoring these metrics, the app generates an easy-to-understand, color-coded score on an 8-point scale, offering users a quick snapshot of their health status.

- 6/8 – Slightly Vulnerable: One metric is off, suggesting the need for rest and hydration.
- 4/8 – Vulnerable: Signs of fatigue or strain detected, indicating a time to slow down.
- 2/8 – Advanced Risk: Multiple warning signs, hinting at a potential compromise in immunity.
- 0/8 – Major Risk: Immediate action is recommended to avoid illness.
Alongside the daily score, the app also provides personalized recommendations and allows users to log symptoms, offering a comprehensive tool to stay ahead of potential health setbacks.
