Alltel is the latest company to come out and offer an unlimited calling plan.  Priced just like everybody else at $99 for nationwide calling, Alltel’s National Freedom Unlimited plan is not getting a whole lot of press.  Why would they not want to advertise this plan?  The answer could have something to do with the fact that they just rolled out the new additions to the My Circle plans.  It costs a lot of money these days to procure a real life wizard for your commercials.

All joking aside, they don’t even refer to the unlimited plan on their homepage.  Perhaps they are hoping that the general public doesn’t know about everybody else’s plans and want them to think that a circle of 20 people is a better deal.
